has been busy adding to their fragrance license over the last few weeks with John Varvatos and Kate Spade joining Arden's stable of fragrance brands.
Arden is set to launch the first Kate Spade fragrance in the fall of 2010. "Kate Spade New York is the ideal brand partner for Elizabeth Arden," stated Art Spiro, Executive Vice President, Global Fragrance Marketing, Elizabeth Arden. "Kate Spade New York has grown from a small handbag company to a total lifestyle brand. We are proud to contribute to bringing the Kate Spade New York lifestyle to the next level."

Kate Spade New York has previously dabbled in the fragrance market with Kate Spade Beauty, in partnership with Estee Lauder in 2002.
Arden has also signed up John Varvatos (currently with Shiseido) who will take over the sales and distribution in July 2010.
"John has established a premier men's designer fragrance business in the U.S. and is one of the most dynamic men's fashion designers.
