New from Donna Karan: Cashmere Mist Liquid Nude

by Sandra Rose, 10th August, 2010

Donna Karan’s Cashmere Mist, which turned fifteen, last year, was born of her passion for cashmere and was created to evoke the feeling of cashmere on bare skin. It was introduced following the success of the Cashmere Mist Body and Bath Collection. Each product had a distinct soft fragrance which evoked the scent and softness of cashmere.

Now, Donna Karan has taken this concept one step further with her latest fragrance. Cashmere Mist Liquid Nude Eau de Parfum inspired by the sensuality of bare skin is said to create an ‘illuminating sheer second skin.’ The fragrance features top notes of orange flowers, pink cyclamen petals and lily of the valley. The heart is a blend of sandalwood, ylang ylang, Moroccan jasmine, woody labdanum and pure Indian jasmine. At the base lay notes of white amber, skin musk, suede, tonka and a hint of Benzoin.

Cashmere Mist Liquid Nude is presented in an ethereal glass reinterpretation of the iconic Cashmere Mist bottle which features a pump for all-over spray application.

Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Liquid Nude is available is 50ml Eau de Parfum.
