Re: Curious about spraying
Three normal sprays work best for me.
Re: Curious about spraying
I've been posting here for a decade about double spraying to enhance longevity of weak scents.
I found the best method was to spray and note the positions, wait about 15 seconds, then spray directly on top of where I'd previously sprayed.
Only problem is, longevity may be nearly doubled, but usage is definitely doubled.
Cheers,
Renato
Re: Curious about spraying
I usually do one close spray (about an inch or two from skin) on both sides of my neck and my fragrances project better and last longer, as opposed to doing far sprays (6+ inches from skin). I also apply Total Moisture Vaseline lotion on my skin and let it dry for at least 30 mins. before spraying any fragrance on top of it.
Re: Curious about spraying
I spray according to the fragrance used. If it is a light fragrance I will spray a little more. If it is a strong fragrance, less is applied. I try to balance it out.
Re: Curious about spraying
Sometimes Depending on the scent I will spray 16 sprays at one application.....If it's a scent like Lapidus 3 or 4 sprays of course because of it's strength but a scent like Platinum 16 sprays and I am still not overpowering.

That does seem like a lot. I don't judge others for their habits, but I'm always surprised by how many sprays some people use. I don't think I've ever sprayed more than 4 sprays of anything. A lot of scents are one or two sprays only for me.
