After purchasing this, and spraying it on before getting into the car, my brother and I both agreed on one thing: Creamsicle. It's loudly sweet, or sweetly loud, in the same shrill and obnoxious way as Gucci's Rush, and just as linear but minus the skankiness. I have to be having one of those days where I feel like behaving like a sulky adolescent and don't care that I'm not being at all elegant or sophisticated.

I had mixed feelings about trying this one due to the somewhat mixed reviews but I'm glad I did. On me this is a sexy sweet scent, the sweetness coming from the fruits, mainly the citruses, rather than the vanilla. The middle and base is sensational, sexy, musky vanilla. Real vanilla rather than a sweet candy-like vanilla. So far its lasted 5 hours and I'm still loving it. Amor Amor is a perfect scent for cooler weather, early spring or late autumn. This is much better than I had expected. One negative- the stupid bottle design. The sprayer is really hard to get your finger on properly with that silly spring thing and the loop at the top. You have to turn it around to get your finger on right. Apart from that, Amor Amor is great stuff.

Boring although i use to love the fragrances created by the sadly departed Laurent Bruyere, a master of the chic potions. The point is this, a very synthetic fragrance must be extremely sophisticated and chic or innovative to balance the negative trails and this one doesn't manage to be that. I detect nothing that a sweet and monolithic dust of fruit, musk, tonka and ambery-vanilla a bit too sweet for my taste. The wake is not changeful and the general work is dull and lacking of sensuousness. The longevity is faint.

I absolutely adore this fragrance. It has such a distinctive, alluring scent. I love that it's not too citrusy and that it smells like sweet orange blended with rose, jasmine and vanilla. This perfume in some ways actually reminds me of Angel by Thierry Mugler, not sure why though. I would have added this to my collection if my best friend didn't already have it. It's her personal fragrance and because her boyfriend of 3 years gave it to her, I'll let her keep Amor Amor has her signature scent.

This is a fun, casual fagrance for going out...shopping, eating, traveling, etc. When my partner smelled it on me, he said "You smell like the color red should smell." I thought that was very accurate, too! Nice mixture of red fruits, sandalwood, and vanilla with decent staying power for the price - about five hours on my skin. Jan 20 2009

Molto dolce!!! I love Amor Amor, I don't care what anybody says! Even after "developing my nose" smelling niche and vintage masterpieces, I hang onto my cute little bottle and wear this at least once a month (frequent for someone who samples and changes frequently...) I smell a soft (and generic) white floral note, blood orange and creamy vanilla, all fresh on my skin with a hint of richness that could be coconut water and coconut cream...what is it? I don't smell coconut...it's all the vanilla perhaps. It's an insult to Amor Amor to compare it to anything by Juicy Couture, I find the whole Juicy line unwearable( loud, sweet, obnoxious). I am not a huge floral fruity fan, I love natural citrus essences, and natural-smelling niches for the most part. Amor Amor isn't a statement maker, but it gets me tons of compliments, and just smells good to me! It smells young and maybe not so smart, but it doesn't smell cheap (or at least not too cheap!) Great for what it is!

I was a teenager when this came out, and Amor Amor was my favourite fragance at that time. Is not like the normal Fruity Floral fragrances we have today in the market. Amor amor has a little more personality, due to the high presence of Cassia, cedar and blackcurrant notes playing in the background. On the spotlight we have Sweet orange-vanilla notes occupy the center of attention much of the time. As you can see Amor Amor is Citrus and earthy. Very Romantic, a good choice for a date!

I wore this for far too long because it was purchased for me by my dear little sister, but in truth I detested wearing it. The opening is tart and sweet red berries, more candy like than anything like an actual piece of fruit. It stays sweet for the duration of it's development and eventually fades into a boring, generic musky vanilla. I find Amor Amor to be dull and even a little crass. It's not an offensive fragrance but it has no style, no flair and nothing at all to hold my attention for even a second. I eventually gave the bottle away as I needed to make space for other lovely scents and I couldn't bare the thought of this taking up precious space in my perfume storage.

Amor amor is gourmandy / fruity very sweet with a background of mixed florals that seem to add to the sweetness, as if it needed more. I dont find it cloying so something has been done right in its formulation. Its quite youthful and thats a good thing in this case. For the dry down I get primarily white musk with a rather generic sweetness that is either vanilla or tonka I cant quite tell I personally dont find Amor Amor very interesting, but I have to admit that its a pleasant, long-lasting fragrance.
