Since I kind of love 'Baldessarini Del Mar Seychelles' I tried Ambre full of hopes. I got very disappointed. It smells cheap and last for several minutes only.

Very good price for the scent. On my skin I get a lot of violet at the beginning and in the background at the end. Sweetness is obviously coming from Apple and whiskey. If you don't like violet leaves smell this is probably not for you but despite that smell its masculine imo. Scent is great and is going to be in my rotation no doubt. For older men yes but even younger men should give this a shot. Projectio /silage is very solid for 3 hours then gets closer to the skin but last about 6-8 hours. Can't complain about that.

Pleasant, bit seductive and luxurious, quite refined. To an extent this one shares a vibe with CH 212 for men but unlike 212 this one is a bit darker and more elegant. I tested it again and oh boy I liked it even more. It's not that impressive, but this certain whisky undertone, somewhat overall woody - boozy scent is that I find amusing and attention worthy. Longevity is more than good, projection too. It is quite elegant and exclusively for autumn or winter wear with proper attire as there is nothing casual about this scent.

I absolutely love this fragrance. I have nothing in my collection that smells quite like it. The violet, leather and whiskey in this is amazing and blended very well. Do not be afraid to try this. Projection and longevity are about average.

The combination of apple and dry flowers let us thinking a touch about Boss Bottled but just for a while, too much creamy and dusty this beast to be compared to the previous Boss. On the contrary the milky and boozy  uber synthetic dust of whisky, leather, tobacco, amber and fruits reports us a lot to the spicy, milky, leathery and fruity One Million' s notorious accord. A generic fruit from the "era moderna".

Generic. An average (leaning to the low quality) amber fragrance of little interest. The apple note emphasizes the metallic aspect of the main ingredient adding a sort of "oxdized effect" that's firmly unpleasant to my nose. The whole composition is surrounded by the typical Hugo Boss generic and synthetic signature (Boss Bottled anyone?). Meh!

"Seperates the men from the Boys" ambre truly holds this caption. It is a Class perfume, mysterious and unique. An excellent blend of smoky apple, whisky, tobacco and laeather notes. It is for mature age group and can be used as a formal wear for particcular ocassions. It has got nice sillage and good longevity too! Wonderful and heavy bottle, truly compliments the perfume. I like to smell it again and again. I like to rate it 8.5 out of 10.

Don't really like the opening, but the drydown is beautiful and it consists of a smooth leather and amber combination which is just beautiful.

Really love this one, and a huge compliment getter. Starts off heavy masculine and smoky, then dries, and ends up a subtle and dark kind of ambre and leather mix. Very smooth, very deep, good for a dark suit in cold weather. Its not boring, it is what it is, its heavy and upfront, not overly complex, my wife and pretty much any woman who has smelled this has loved it and I get asked more about this one than any other one I own.

This went south on me so fast that it is somewhere in Antarctica. Starts off spicy and sweet, briefly takes on a macho persona before it becomes a shape-shifting alien. It has an odd, outer-space tangy and metallic note. Old tuna fish in a rusty tin can? A robot wearing rotting leather underpants? Whatever it is, it is distinctive! And unpleasant.
