Smells a little similar Boss Bottled but with grapefruit. At least to me it does. I actually prefer it more to Boss Bottled which is already a good fragrance. Probably won't get a lot of love here because of the Tommy Hilfiger name and the advertising around it. Scent is very youthful, casual, and charming. Not loud or overly confident. Projection is low which I think is done on prupose. The casual youth would not want to be obnoxious with their scent.

very well composed green'marine scent. good for spring/summer wear. not overly done but not simple.the grapefruit note hangs around the entire duration of the scent with a splash of green notes? and juniper. not for the older crowd but a pleaser for america's youth..

I had to buy this because of the "Meet The Hilfigers" commercials. This has something in common with the original Tommy which I wore many years ago, however this new update has slightly better longevity and seems to have been hanging out in a gin soaked country club locker room..... not the good country club, but that kind of run down club that many mid sized towns have out by the airport. I really like this cologne for some reason even though I smell mostly grapefruit and clary sage in the top, and some fresh stuff and maybe geranium and laundry on the dry down. If there is a beauty to this it is that somewhere along the way you really can smell the tonic water that is listed on the top notes which I find pretty neat. As with CK Free which was also done by Rodrigo Flores-Roux, this has maybe a three hour longevity and is very unoffensive. If I had to pick a cologne to spray on before playing tennis or sitting by a hot pool drinking cape cods, this would be the one.

When I see citrus, tonic water and juniper berry, I naturally expect a gin-and-tonic sort of scent. This tries but isn't quite that. The citrus opening is reasonably good, though a bit sweet. The scent is bright and fresh, yet at the same time has a sort of dusky-synthetic herbal aspect (the so-called "green notes" in the middle). The scent is smooth overall, and the base becomes a bit sweet again as it picks up the amber and suede notes. A sporty sort of scent that really plays it safe and tries to hit a lot of bases -- and thus is not very interesting or distinctive. Nothing to offend, though.
