Pros: Smells fresh

Cons: disappointing

I'm not saying GIT smells bad, but it falls short of the lofty expectations set by other Basenoters and high price point. It's been done before and it's nothing new or ground breaking. The longevity is just ok for an expensive fragrance. Personally, I'll pay $30 for Burberry for Men.

Notorious. A more confident and masculine kind of Cool Water with a less manifest aquatic consistence. Comparatively with the last one, this is a more structured end erotic fragrance with its wonderful ambergris of dry down escorted in this phase by an eminent sandalwood. GIT is darker because of the starring note of violet that, on the side of a less prominent but notably sophisticated iris, exudes mystery and a bit of melancholy. It's like listening to a nocturnal whirl of rattles and hums in a farm under billions of stars. A touch of green in the top impresses a boise, almost mentholated feel while the note of lemon enhances the sharpness and the traditional masculinity of the creation. It owns that touch of dusty prickliness of the viril ambergris. This fragrance  is a sensual attraction for the women all over the world because its dry down smells of warm manly juice.

Pros: Lovely, quality scent

Cons: Brings to mind a certain popular megaseller

Posh Cool Water Green Irish Tweed is undoubtedly a finer scent than its Davidoff cousin, of much higher quality, smoother, less of the somewhat stiff, aggressive wife beater vibe, alas as I recently grew a tad tired of cheesy, old CW and other scents in this style (e.g. Lomani pour Homme) I did regret spraying this on my skin. If you enjoy this kind of fragrance though then this could be a great choice.

It's a fantastic fresh green scent, with the signature Creed ambergis which always adds a welcome creaminess to the fragrance.  GIT is great for all weather and occasions.  One of my frequently used work scents.

Face it , it is quite rare, when fragrance upgrades your mood to higher definition. To the cool water defenders- flex your senses, make money.

If you own one niche scent then own this as its so versatile.. Forget the cool water comparisons, this stuff is in a different league.

Smells great. It's the definitive spring fragrance. Very clean, very fresh, very classy. It's drawbacks are that Cool Water ripped it off and that this doesn't have that much longevity and projection. If you have the money though, this is the best spring fragrance.

Everything has been said about Green Irish Tweed already, so Im going to make this concise, and avoid any Cool Water comparison: GIT starts with strong but well-rounded green or leafy notes matched with lemony scent; sometimes it almost smells like garden plants. GIT transitions smoothly to the middle as the floral notes emerge with some non-sugary sweetness. Few hours later, GIT dries down to a sweet, musky scent. Longevity is average on my skin, but longer on fabric though; the scent projects strongly in the beginning, but gradually fades in the next couple of hours. Overall, GIT is a natural-smelling, fresh, clean fragrance with a sporty vibe and great versatility. A solid starting niche fragrance for all ages, as Green Irish Tweed is a timeless classic. Two thumbs-up for this Creed.

AMAZING longevity, just way too green in the beginning. Isn't an offensive smell but isn't the best either. Prefer Aventus to this.
