A guy who spends a lot of money that isn't his. Drives a car that is someone else's concern. Always moving. He is wearing really crisp, clean clothes. He stands out but not due to his lavish spending but because of how straight forward and simple he is dressed. Very James Bond.

This fragrance smells amazing on me. From the moment my body begins to warm this fragrance up it truly is amazing. Actually, a female roommate of mine once loved it so much on me (she would literally start following me around the apt) she went out and bought it for her boyfriend. That bottle of fragrance was good to his love life.... so idk. Maybe it's just something about my body chemistry...

The "Higher Energy" in this one, with a name-resonance with "Higher Power" is really a higher price for starting with something horrible (Higher) and then welcoming the "improvement?" The best thing to keep close to your skin with this one is your money...midway you'll think you might have unknowingly showered without soap and partially washed off this allegedly "youthful" mash.

A clandestine in the business!
I have finally understood why its discontinued in the production.
After 20 minutes is smell like dogpoo.
Well, fresh dogpoo, on a hot asphalt,
mix it with a few grapefruits, and a mint chewing gum,
and you are there.

Whos fault, you tell me?
Well, its obviosly the strong vetiver note.
A vetiver in the basnotes is a bad misstake,
blended with the excellent topnotes, the fresh midnotes,
and the strong cedar notes, it smells like a freshly laid dog excrement!
Well, you have been warned.
NOT suitable for older persons in the age of 30-99 ears.
MAYBE it will work if you are like 15-25 ears of age.
But you have been warned,
Let not the top and midnotes charm you!

Chame on you vetiver,
chame on you indeed, for fooling the Dior-team!
Remake it and take away the vetiver note!
But for now! i give...

How kind of Christian Dior to launch something that smells exactly like all the magazine samples I have tried over the years. That subtle blend of printing paper and chemicals is quite a feat. Perhaps there is a demographic of fragrance loving printers that would really dig this. This is simply too bland to be anything, even calling it nondescript is endowing it with more virtue than it deserves.

Fresh fragance but generic at the same time. Very traditional, without surprises and without aura, enigma or whatever. Too safe for my taste.
I prefer Eau de Sauvage 100 times more!
Neutral....Coz is Dior....Good family...but must be better.

The original was terrible. Smelled like insect repellent. This is much better. Sour fruits with cedar and pine. Not bad but not great. Good for casual wear.

You know, I just reviewed the original Higher, and I spoke about how it STUNK (ye olde man scent, along with Michael by Michael Kors)

I talked about how it made me gag (Pepper smell)...and how (thankfully) short lived the scent was.

But this....Higher Energy, is not actually bad.

It's not "good" either, but it's not bad. On my skin, it's real citrusy, but then dries down within 20mins to the same spicy musky scent of the original (which stinks to my me)

Higher Energy is a scent that wears close to the skin. The longevity isn't as bad as the original, but it's not much better. (perhaps, an extra 45-60 minutes beyond the original 10?). Okay, I guess that is an improvement, lol!

In any case, it's an "okay" scent (smells like Calvin Klein's Escape but with a smidgen of bass), but it's not great enough to buy a bottle. (I purchased a sample)

I'll say this though. DEFINITELY an improvement over the original. ECK!

I like this one much better than HIGHER. I really adore the way the nutmeg and sandlewood work together, very interesting and well done. The musk at the very base is also nicely done, not overbearing, and it truly does stay close to the skin. The opening is great! Reminds me of a good ole heady night out in Amsterdam raving! GREAT, GREAT, AND GREAT! Nice job. VIVA DIOR!
