Pure could grow on me to some degree but its not a scent that makes me feel amazing or distinct. I feel kind of unsure and only half complete - the way it smells.

It is a clean smell, I wouldnt mind a handwash that smelt like this as it is not offensive or vulgar. It's just lacks that special something and any dimension. It smells the same pretty much until it disappears.

Totally agree with Andro. This fragrance is almost like one that never got finished. It feels like a good BASE for a fragrance, but there is nothing much going on, almost like the perfumers got tired a third of the way through and stopped. It is sort of milky, lotiony, and soft... but that is it. It isn't particularly fresh, it certainly isn't floral, sporty, or spicy. They call is "JIL SANDER PURE" but it ought to be called "JIL SANDER BLAGH." And, like Andro mentioned, it lasts about 15 minutes. Literally. I've never been around a fragrance that lasts so short a time. Definitely NOT worth it.

This fragrance lacks any kind of backbone or organic heart one would come to expect from the house of Sander. The nose can't recognize it's family. Not spicy enougn to be a citrus. But too airy to be called an earthy type. And not enough lift to be a floral... The lasting power of this fragrance lives no longer than 1/2 hr., if that. One might as well spray themselves w/ honey water if they wanted their eau de toilette to last until lunch hour.
