Another great alternative and offer the house Joop!. A fragrance fresh starts, even looking a little generic, but that gradually evolves and special sensual tones. To take into account. In my soapy skin turns from start to finish, but only on my skin, so neutral vote.

Not bad and really 90's in style. The fragrance of the tropical nights' whispers. Romantic. I detect a certain (frankly just a bit more than vague) resemblance with Cool Water which is drier, more angular and less floral. This is a fruity-floral woody scent based on lavender with ozonic traces and a spicy temperament. It's fresh and romantic because of the massive fruity/floral presence (notable the standout pineapple presence). I detect a neroli-citrusy masculine lavender at opening which is full of floral nuances (the standout floral note is a magic lily of the valley in my opinion). The woody ambery dry down is enriched by a cumin note that expresses itself as a pungent, airy and a bit acid feature. The sweet, vaguely smoky, combination of tonka, amber and almond is delightful. The longevity and the projection are impressive as usual for Joop.

Lots of fruity lavender with good lasting power and great sillage. But it doesnt work with my skin... Smells too synthetic when dries down.

Not that good. In my attempts to find a great designer pineapple fragrance, I stumbled upon Nighflight. It opens up with a lemon, bergamot, and pineapple. In a sense, it reminds me of a pineapple lifesavers candy, which would have been okay, if this fish like note wasn't accompanied with it. This same repulsive note that I have encountered in many designer fragrances over the years. For me to pretend it's not there is just impossible, as I am extremely critical with smell. However, once it eventually dies down, I am left a decent amber, sandalwood and light fruity dry down. Not the worst pineapple note, but not the greatest either, similar to that in Avatar, which is an excellent cheapy, that is ruined by this fishy fruity note. These 2 fragrances actually smell quite similar to one another, I do prefer Avatar for sure. In terms of pineapple fragrances, thus far, Jaguar Vision's pineapple note is the best I have smelled, but it doesn't last very long. It's very much like the pineapple note from the good batched of Aventus. Nightflight lasts a good 8 hours on my skin, with strong projection in the first 2 hours, and mild projection throughout the life of the fragrance. Actually.. very good in the projection department, and never cloying or overpowering. The smell itself just doesn't work for me.

This smells a lot like Azzaro Chrome. It is virtually identical. It's nice but nothing special. ^ Edit. I have change my mind. After a few more wearings this is much better than Chrome. Opening note though does have the same fruity and aquatic metal vibe that becomes so vile with chrome. But thanfully with Nightflight it disappears quick. I like this a lot now. It's a cousin to Cool Water in the sense that both CW and Nightflight are cool, sweet and powdery. Nightflight actually reminds me much more of Alain Delon Pharos - a favourtie scent of mine that is now discontinued. So I am glad I have discovered Nightflight. Very glad in fact. Changed to 'thumbs up'!

Guys, this is so bad, that it's funny! I've read all the comments and expected something nice. What it smells like: Old fashioned, very soapy, cheap-cleaner smell. If You look hard You will find a hint od pineapple but it's mostly cheap citrus. I swear, it smells like some kind of furniture or floor detergent or something like that! Crazy stuff :)

Nightflight is a nice spicy/aromatic citrus with an oriental dry down that smell a little more expensive than what its price point out. It has an opening based in a bitter orange + spicy pineapple combo that then, turns into an oriental dry down based in a balsamic sandalwood/amber base. Very versatile and aromatic indeed , Nightflight has become almost in my go-to scent. you can“t go wrong with this!

So fresh and zesty. Great scent for summer evenings. Longevity and projection are outstanding, but I have to add - in winter. During summer times projection is great for the first 3 hours and after that it's quite downhills as scent dissipates rather quickly. Even though fresh oriental that is supposed to be worn in summer time, it does quite a good job during winter as it cuts through the cold air. There is a certain connection with Davidoff Cool Water about Nightlight, but Nightflight is zestier in it's sweetness. I'd recommend this one to anyone. This is not an unnoticable fragrance, people will comment about this one, and positively...girls, no doubt about it.

This one was a very good surprise, I wasn't expecting a fragrance that good. Nightflight opens up with a citric note accompanied by lavender and an extremely synthetic combo that I couldn't identify. In the drydown, pineapple, the star of this fragrance appears leaving a wonderful impression even being too synthetic, proving that a note doesn't need to be natural to smell good! Oh, that note is followed by floral notes too, but they aren't too strong, thanks god. Anyway, a very good bang for your buck, fragrance!
