Pros: Excellent dark chocolatey woody parfum

Cons: can't find any!!!

I hardly write reviews, but Ore is a masterpiece, as mentioned by Alfarom, the mix betn the edible & inedible in this parfum is done so right that ir reminds me of the creativity of many PG / MPEG parfums, but this is just so better IMHO (i do like PG & MPEG parfums a lot, own quite a few, so this statement isnt to put down these 2 houses, rather, this elevates slumberhouse's creation...)

Opens with a nice dark chocolatey feel, get some mild spices, which are actually hard to pick up in the dense chocolate & the woody structure.

Overall, a huge winner...Wish it was available in the market currently, I would buy 2-3 more w/o a doubt...

I almost never review a fragrance, especially after only one wearing. But, this time around, I couldn't help myself. Let me first say that if you are lucky enough to own this scent, I envy you. The cacao is so unique, so stunningly rough around the edges yet smooth in the heart that it leaves me wanting to sniff it over and over and over again. My nose is practically glued to my shirt right now. After the initial blast of cacao, you get an almost roasted coffee kind of feeling, but without much of the coffee notes. I think that is just the cacao note opening up a bit, but once it does, you get some woods in the background that sort of play second fiddle to the slightly sweet chocolate. When I say slightly sweet, I do mean it. This is not DHI, nor is it a true gourmand in the sense of sweetness. This is such an original fragrance from one of the nicest men on the face of this Earth. 10/10 for sure. This ranks right up there with Sova as my favorites of the line.

Balsamic chocolate. Ore opens dry and rough with a desweetened cacao note. Dark woods remark their presence right away while a boozy accord concours in adding some warmness during the middle phase and the drydown. The typical balsamic effect already experienced in other compositions of the house (Jeke, Vikt, Grev) is toned down but still pretty remarkable and, IMO, works as a sort of signature. This bizarre concoction between edible and inedible elements makes of Ore one of the most original takes on the gourmandic theme. Intense but barely sweet, mysterious, dark and dangerously sexy. Good longevity and projection. Very nice.
