If fruity scents are your thing, then you can't help but love Sunset Heat. They are and I do. I smell peach, mango, pineapple and lemon in this one. My only criticism is that, even though I douse myself very liberally initially, it has zero staying power and I need to re-apply it often. Unfortunately, zero staying power is the Achilles heel of the entire Escada line of limited edition summer fragrances. It's a pity that fragrances that smell so wonderful and cost as much as they do don't last all day long.

Alcohol fruit juicyish when first applied then a sort of spilled/slighty spoilled fruit drink or mangos that fell from the tree and are eaten by the birds and insects .Ultra ripe mango fruit VERY VERY VERY SWEEET!!!! in a juicy way the mango has a bit of that freshness to it .
Not really a favorite of mine I got a mini of this in a lot of several minis online .Passing to my boss who likes ultra sweet scents.I suspect she may have a different skin type than mine.

Oh dear, did you just spill some of that fruit cocktail on your bikini?

Frankly, that's what it smells to me. It works well enough as a room fragrance in a tropical resort, but as a skin scent? Ugh.

I like it. Sometimes, I admit it~ I want to smell like a tropical drink. I prefer Rockin' Rio to this, but Sunset Heat is definitely not bad on hot summer days... or on days it's so cold you would like to dream you're on a beach! The top notes are sharp; musky drydown is soft.

Very sweet tropical fruit scent - I wouldn't mind eating or drinking something that tastes like "Sunset Heat" but I definitely don't want to smell like it.
As a perfume designed for the youth market it's not too bad - there are worse.

This smells like a tropical fruit cocktail ~ including mango & assorted melons. No kidding, I brought my freshly spritzed wrist up to my nose and practically took a sip! It's juicy sweet, but weird for a fragrance. Maybe it would be nice for a week in the tropics, but other than that I'd have a hard time wearing it.

I do like how this fragrance starts out so juicy and fresh.. but by the dry down it really dies, any initial appeal has disappeared.
Reminds me A LOT of Jennifer Lopez's Live Luxe. Longevity is not great either.. I did end up with samples of the lotion also, and the sparkles in it are a little too *tween* for me..

mmm... yummy!
as always escada has managed to launch a georgeous limited edition summer scent.
this one, in dispite of the last two (pacific paradise& rock'n rio), has quite difference of notes but still in the same "fuity-floral" gender.
it reminds me of magical quiet sunsets at a sea shore of my home country.
warm, sensual, crispy, it will drive any man crazy, and will drive you far away right where your most pleasant memories are. What a smell huh!!!!
the notes?
head:frozen mango, papaya smoothie, pineapple jelly, fresh citrus.
heart: tangy watermerlon, sweet apricot
bottom:exotic hibiscus flowers, sensual sandalwood.
