To me, initially Very Sexy For Him 2 smells like a light version of Versace Man Eau Fraiche, then it turns into something spicy almost like a light oriental. It has little by way of projection. Its longevity is somewhat confusing - the six sprays I put under my clothes disappeared after four or five hours, but the spray I put on my wrist is still there with some strength as I write this 15 hours later. The bottle states "Cologne Spray" like numerous other American made EDT bottles have written on them (e.g. Tommy and Michael Jordan). I'm not sure how other reviewers have drawn the conclusion that Very Sexy For Him 2 is thus necessarily an Eau de Cologne.

Initially the fragrance smells nice, but it lasts a solid 5 minutes. After an hour, i cant even smell it when i bury my face in my arm. Dont expect any compliments from this unless you take off the top and pour it on yourself. Even then you would be lucky to get an hour and a half of longevity, with 30 minutes of projection. If they made a EDT version i would consider purchasing it, but with the price being what it is, this fragrance IS A JOKE!!!! it's a good thing it is no longer in production.

Picked this up off a basenoter who was practically giving it away. Seeing the generally favorable reviews and the fact that it is now discontinued, i decided to try it
Pleasantly surprising as a scent. Indeed, i cannot deny that this is rather synthetic upon initial spray, but i find that as the scent wears on, the synthetic smell disappears into a very pleasant and sophisticated scent.
A little bit spicy at first, masculinely sweet as well.
As it is a EDC, the longevity is not great, but it is not nearly as bad as most EDC's. In fact it starts off rather strong, and i find the sillage to be rather good.
Passable for daywear, good for evenings and the ladies as well :p
Not an "old-man" scent by any means, and worth a try if the chance comes.

I like this one the same as the first, but they're different in their own way. Very nice smelling, complimented often. Need a new bottle.

I'm reviewing this on pure scent. It starts off a little spicy but drys down nicely. I really love it except for you better carry a bottle with you all day to refresh because it lasts 10 minutes. That is my one beef. But for the price right now it is something to grab.

Less powdery than Very Sexy for Him 1. In fact, this scent may actually be better, or at least more versatile. Like VS1 - the scent makes you feel comfortable and intimate. Also like VS1, there is really to discernable progression. However, the issue with VS2, and the reason you may see it available at a discount, is because it has very poor sillage and you have to frequently reapply. So it's really not that practical of a buy - you could almost think of it as an aftershave in terms of stamina. I have to go neutral because it does not last, but don't be afraid to pick it up as long as you are aware of this and can find occasion to work around the shortcoming. So VS1 is more powdery, VS2 is more fresh but not nearly as long lasting.

I love the scent and so does my girl friend. I wish it came in an EDT rather then just the EDC. As it is, I only get about 2 hours before I need to reapply which is just not enough for a night out so I tend not to use it that much.
