    This one has a vintage polished feel to me (I’m referring to the original not the BIS). It felt like a Guerlain. I don’t think it shared any of that Tauer-ade that you’re mentioning.

    If you like vintage Egoiste I would be surprised that you didn't like Bois des Iles, especially the Parfum. But I enjoyed the vintage...

    There is a Guerlain boutique in Palm Beach (Breakers Hotel) which is a couple hours away from Miami Beach. As far as I know there are no stores in Miami Beach selling Guerlain fragrances.

    Yes. I'm in no rush to make a final critical analysis of any of these. I disliked Atlantic Ambergris when I first smelled it. And Inverno Russo. Then they sort of snuck up on me.
