HdP Veni on this cold rainy morning....heavenly.
I agree totally! Cheers matey
Sel Marin is a winner.
I might bring my mum there too
This is a bloody joke. Now it is no different from being back home in Malaysia where the customs and post offices are absolutely rubbish. How wrong for me to even think otherwise.
http://www.ausliebezumduft.de for niche.
for designers I stick to ebay.
Why not try their normal range and not the 'Rare' ones only??
I love it. Thank goodness it is easily (and cheaply) available in the UK.
Seems like I'm spamming the forum with the purchases lol, but the internet keeps throwing me good deals. Blame the internet.
this. is. amazing!
Awesome stuff, you will be in for a treat when the Guerlains arrive!
And welcome to Basenotes :)
Good price for a used bottle which is perfect for me.
Histoires de Parfums
Cheers Jack! Hope you are doing well
It's been a good 2 months or so without buying anything, so I thought I would grab a few for the new year :)
I, too, am interested to hearing what people got to say about these 3. Really interested in getting the Veni and am really tempted to click 'Pay Now' on their website...
You must be new on eBay
I have Aventus, MI, SMV, VIW, GIT, Royal Oud, Original Cologne, Jardin d'Amalfi and Spice & Wood, out of all I would think MI is my fav.
And with regards to your latest question, I don't think...
This might be the wrong section of the forum, but it is the most read.
Just to let you guys know, if you don't already, that there is up to 75% sales for most perfumes :)
Happy boxing day!
Cheers mate, enjoy your retirement :)
I don't even..
Sel Marin and C.P.Fleur are both absolutely brilliant scents. I'm having Figuier shipped out to me as we speak, can't wait for that to arrive!
perfect for this autumn weather.
+1 Cuir Pleine Fleur
Have always loved Divine, will give it a go.
Purchased a couple of Jo Malones:
Lime, basil & mandarin
Have it, love it :)
Happy birthday Duke!!
My SOTD: Chanel Sycomore
I feel that MFK Lumiere Noire PH is rather minimalistic, but outstanding in every area.
Probably Frapin 1270, as the longevity on me was terrible. I do adore the scent...maybe I will get a sample/decant...
smells great (and strangely refined) on this rainy morning. here's to a great day at the office for everyone!...
I have a bottle and I love it. One of the better citrus scents out there.
Hey ho Dailey! I think that while it is a relatively sweet scent, it is quite dark as well (because of the rum for me). I was contemplating getting either this or Spicebomb, but in the end went for...
2 purchases today at Debenham's...
It's one of those days :)
HiM eh? Heard the longevity is pretty bad with that one though..
La Nuit de l'homme Parfum?
I'm looking to get something as a gift for my gf's dad when I head back next month. From what I can gather, he uses mainly Boss Bottled, Boss Bottled Night, Polo Blue...
Pomegranate Noir. I have the 100ml and don't regret it at all. Lasts for a whole day as well which is brilliant.
Is this coming back here to the UK? :D
Anything but the Sport please.
I'd go for Bleu.
Pictures or gtfo.
And the Cartier is good scent, quit hating.
Bought this recently, and it is frigging awesome! It is, as others have noted, more heavy with the cedar/wood base, but still a great scent nonetheless. Get it, you won't regret it!
[QUOTE=alfarom;2692541]here's my latest haul....
A selection of Abdes Salaam Attar fragrances including Muschio Di Quercia, Chilum, Hindu Kush, Grezzo (D'Eleganza), Ciaras Afgano, Mecca Balsam,...
I have numerous Creeds I don't think that makes me a fanboy, just makes me a fan of a variety of perfumes. While I can see it from your point of view (and many other people here on BN) that Creed is...
Still at work now with a bit of free time, hence the post. Put this on at 7am and now it is almost 5pm, still can catch...
Unfortunately I have to say that Trebor is right mate. This house just hasn't interest me. Yet.
never fails to amaze me every time I wear it, even in this (relatively) warm weather.
Decent decants of
love this scent from a sample ages ago but I doubt will be using it often hence the decant
lol? I doubt he will be going to Belgium anytime soon :rolleyesold:
My only vote goes to Borneo 1834. I've heard from some of my mates across the border (both S'pore and Thailand) that Serge Lutens frags are available in shops, perhaps you could take a weekend off...
yes of course it is fine lol don't worry bout it and enjoy the juice; I know I am :)
Agree with alfarom with regards to Ormonde Jayne perfumes.
Imagine if it was entirely filled with L'Anarchiste!
HOLY SHIT that's a huge bottle!
Do a search on Basenotes please, you will find numerous posts on this seller already.
And yes, it is a very good and reputable seller.
No plastic? I thought you said you haven't opened it.
I wouldn't return it then.
This man knows what he's talking about!
Plus I'd add:
1) L'eau L'artisan
2) Creed Pure White Cologne
3) Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta
Haha cheers Alfarom! :) Some scents, like the Eau d'Italie, had been on my mind since more than a month ago when I visited Italy!
Some bottles and some samples of:
Sounds promising. Any other input? :)
My gf gave me a bottle; I love it.
1) Terre d'Hermes
3) Divine L'Homme Sage
4) Tea for Two
In that order.
lol thanks mate, will keep that in mind!
Primarily a male or female scent? Similarities? Anything at all will be helpful :)
Philosykos EDP. Liberty London has it, and I'm looking to sample - if not blind buy - pretty soon!
L'eau L'artisan. Awesome summer frag.
Also, if you have the dough, Creed Pure White Cologne.
All sprays, 1.5-2ml sprays of each men's frags :)
Tried this in Harvey Nichols in Manchester earlier today, way too overpowering at the beginning but once it started to wear down it was alright. Not enough to entice me for a FB though at this point...
Incidentally, just got back from Manchester and purchased Amouage as well. http://www.luckyscent.com/images/products/41858.jpg
Got the men's sample set, looks like I'll be getting...
I'll be next in line then :)
Some say the force and energy spent on all the Creed threads and Aventus threads are enough to power the entire planet, while some say it can bring world peace.
I beg your pardon? :D
Will keep you updated mate ;)
Yet another post on Aventus? And you wonder why it's hyped up lol. Not trying to be negative etc, I actually do have Aventus and I love it :)
I tried it while I was in Venice, but it was just a quick spray on the wrist and I walked out of the shop right after so my memory is a bit foggy about it. I remember it smelling pretty good but I...
