Re: Fragrance Prices in Lisbon - Ouch.

As tourists, the main thing we do is wander around and have cappuccinos, Coke Zeros/PepsiMax and pieces of cake all over the place. In that respect we've found Lisbon extremely reasonable - we...

Fragrance Prices in Lisbon - Ouch.

I was wandering around Vasco de Gama shopping centre in Lisbon two days ago and checked out prices in Douglas and Sephora stores. I was surprised to see that prices were even dearer than in Italy,...
  91. Re: I've stop using regular razors to double edge razors and never looked back again

Alum works great most of the time for small nicks - I've got lots of alum blocks and crystal deodorant sticks (same thing as the alum block).
Use a shavette though, and it's totally inadequate for...

Re: Merkur Furtur Razor - Let the Blood Flow

I haven't come across the Supermax one, but am very fond of the Jagger 89 - relatively mild, but not the mildest.
On me though, pretty much every DE razor becomes vicious if I put Astra SP blades in...

I've got the Eau Sauvage and Opus1870 shaving creams.
And the Art of Shaving shaving creams that correspond to their Lemon and Sandalwood EDTs.

Re: Mugler B*Men: What are our thoughts in 2019?

It's not a loud projector like A*Men and most of its flankers.
Quite wearable at work - the boss wouldn't think you were itching to get out and go to a nightclub.
Shame you missed out on when all...

    Re: Deodorant VS. Antiperspirant

    I wouldn't have a clue.
But so far the statement from experience here is that on one person Perspirex lasted 14 days.

    Re: Deodorant VS. Antiperspirant

Perspirex only claims its anti-perspirant is good for 3 to 5 days.

Ming Shi DE Clone of Merkur Futur DE Razor

After my issues with the Futur razor, which I described on another thread here, I ordered a Ming Shi DE razor on Ebay from China.
It looks almost exactly the same as the Merkur Futur, but costs...
  99. Re: beckham inspired respect?? ambroxin monster cheapie ??

I blind bought a bottle of this today - packet was damaged and it cost me A$5 (US$3.50) for the bottle.

I got home and smelled it, andI thought it pleasant enough, nothing great.

    But then my...
  100. Re: 2010's: Decade of Ambroxide. Who actually used it best?

    Interesting list.

I haven't been following this Ambrox business, but I note that some female perfume fans I know love Aventus, Invictus and Bleu de Chanel, while those scents always left me...
