Shame as it's a great fragrance. My wife doesn't like it at all, so I will only wear it for work and choose something she likes when we are out and about.

    Cerruti 1881

Boots in the UK are selling the 100ml bottle for 26, so I decided to buy a bottle after not having it in my collection for about 15 years.

I have to say it still smells fantastic and the fact...
  5. Re: Dior Homme Intense - 2 for the price of 1

BTW, it's worth pointing out here that it looks like I have the original version, not the reformulated version as according to http://checkcosmetic.net/ the one I got today was manufactured in April...

  7. Dior Homme Intense - 2 for the price of 1

No this isn't a fantastic, never to be missed one time offer on this fragrance (sorry to disappoint:wink: )

+ 1 or 2 or 7 (lots of folks have + it) on Channel Allure sport, or even Edition Blanche version of Allure, which I prefer.

I take it that's a thumbs down for Weekend then? I will give it a try and see what I think.
  12. Re: Burberry, Where Have You Been All My Life

That's exactly how I felt, it just goes to show how wrong someone can be.

I've not tried The Beat but I will certainly keep my eyes (and nose) open and if I come across it I will give it a try.
  13. Re: Burberry, Where Have You Been All My Life

I think among other things that was one of the reasons I avoided them. I see you are from the UK yourself and that whole Chav things still stands. It's funny though as i've been to China many times...
  14. Re: Burberry, Where Have You Been All My Life

I didn't get to try it as it wasn't in stock, but looking at the reviews on here I'm not so sure. But I will certainly give it a try if I come across it.
  15. Burberry, Where Have You Been All My Life

I was out shopping yesterday and decided to pop into the Perfume shop to see what was what and try a few scents. I was quite surprised actually as they have the likes of Hermes in there now.

Not dated at all. Great fragrance that has stood the test of time. I still have it in my collection and I wear it every now and again.
  21. Re: Worse,Cheapest,Strongest, Nastiest Scent out there?

    You're most definitely not alone.

I don't mind Calvin Klein at all and think there are good fragrances to be had. Here are my personal faves:

    Man
Shock (the new one which I found very surprising)

  38. Re: Channel PE/Egoiste ....Which in theory has better longevity ?
