    Re: Wearable unisex smoky frag

Very excited to try the Slumberhouse line, and even more excited that I can now sniff them (and other boutique frags I've been wanting to check out) without leaving my borough!

    Re: Wearable unisex smoky frag

Hmmm...I'm a bit confused. All the descriptors of this frag in the directory and on fragrantica say it's icy, green, floral, crisp, soapy...

Does anyone know who (brick + mortar stores) carries the "les exclusifs de chanel" line? maybe bloomies in soho?

    Re: Wearable unisex smoky frag

I've been wanting to try this. Do you know where I could find it, or will I have to buy a sample online to smell it? Thanks!

    Wearable unisex smoky frag

I've been on a jag looking for a woody, smoky frag that isn't too intense and works on a woman...I guess something that's a little more "everyday" than "too realistic to be worn for any occasion" for...

    Re: Creamy sandalwood drydown

I think it was just that my sweater, through contact with the skin on my arm, got saturated. It must have been one helluva hefty spray!

Thanks! Will hunt these down!
  8. Re: PUREDISTANCE BLACK... anyone else tried it?

Would it be considered smoky? If so, I'm in trouble!

I don't necessarily mind the lack of sillage, as long as I can keep smelling it and don't have to bury my nose in my wrist constantly to do so.

    Re: Creamy sandalwood drydown

Reading the reviews it sounds intense! but intriguing for sure. Is this one of those fragrances that you have to buy vintage?

    Re: Creamy sandalwood drydown

That was my guess as well. Haven't been able to recreate it. I guess some stars were aligned that day or something. I don't totally love Private Label. I may just use up the rest of my sample to...

    Re: Creamy sandalwood drydown

    To say the least!

I "tracked down" the scent to a very specific spot on my sweater, and was like, "oh! It's the private label for sure". And that sent me down a disappointing path.
    But at the...

    Creamy sandalwood drydown

So I got really excited at a fragrance store and sprayed on 4 (!) different leathery/smoky/woody scents, even though I know I shouldn't have and am now paying the price. Throughout the remainder of...

Juniper Ridge's Inyo cabin spray...hands down. It's the smell of the eastern Sierras. I posted a very similar question a few months back also seeking the "dusty California smell". Inyo is that very...

Juniper Ridge's Inyo Cabin Spray...hands down. I don't know what happened to all of my previous posts, but I asked a very similar question not too long ago. I was looking for that "dusty California...
