Re: Finally got TdH, what a gem :)

I'm old and this is what I smell of most of the time. I was on the cusp of buying Eau TF as I'm heading into northern hemisphere travel - I have noted your caution.
  3. Re: Who is your brother-from-another-mother here on Basenotes?

Oslo Fiord pretty much spot on with my response to most fragrances. Some corresponding taste with Marais and Rum among others including Neo Xerxes. Look out for opinions of Cacio, Dreseid, Hedonist,...
  4. Re: Looking for a warm, cozy and outdoorsy scent for fall/winter

+1 A very recent favourite. Oslo has my nose yet again.
  5. Re: Name the fragrance you tried/smelled today for the first time.

Scent Intense Costumes national - The top notes were very good but I've forgotten exactly what, a little sweet. The very long dry down is pure 'Si' - very attractive.
  6. Re: NEW COCONUT / FIG SCENT - Moroccan Fig Malin+Goetz - unisex

Tried the Morrocan Fig today - very impressed. Only my first try but I think it gives Phylosykos a run for its money in freshness and longevity. Interested in other opinions.
