Im selling the following part used bottles. All kept in a cool, closed wardrobe and none more than a year or two old. No boxes (bar Pure Malt). All bought from reputable high street stores...
Been away for a couple of years and it looks like members arent selling small decants anymore?! That used to be a great way of trying out new and expensive frags. Dont want to tread on...

Millesime Imperial http://www.perfume.com/images/l/creed-millesime-imperial-by-creed-1012672.jpg
All I get is Rose and really dislike the stuff tbh. My girlfriend also hated it, on me and as a scent in itself (shes 21)
As far as other peoples opinions, even though I dont care what they think...
I take it the sample offer is over is it? Gawd, I miss everything:rolleyes:
I agree with the Hugo's and RL's. Also, Lacoste and Dunhill would be popular I reckon, at least with the opposite sex:)

Good post and agree with what your saying 100%
I like to think that im pretty open minded regards frags, and a look at my wardrobe will tell you, I dont give a frag 5 stars just because its...
L'Eau Bleue D'Issey pour Homme http://www.perfume.com/images/l/leau-bleue-dissey-by-issey-miyake-1024312.jpg
Yeah try em all if you can, along with everything else out there! Have you tried L'artisan? Another great house:)
btw, MI and GIT both last well into the next day for me and thats from 1, maybe 2...

Happy bday ifconfig :)
I know I owned and HATED the stuff but I cant quite remember why. From what I remember I just got a really strong feminine/perfumey blast that never evolved into anything more.
Its weird because I...
Yardley, thats a blast from the past!!
Yardley Gold and Hi-Karate were the 2 frags that dads always ended up getting bought by thier kids for christmas in the 80's. My apologies to dads from that...
Givenchy pour Homme Blue Label
Masaki Matsushima - Very Male
If hes not so into scents then he will probably want a) something fairly popular he can relate to b) something 'safe' and c) something that looks cool because looks sell a lot of people.
Gonna have to try this too. Love the 212 line:)
Vanished after just 1 hour as usual :(
L'Artisan's Fou d'Absinthe
1) Czech & Speake no 88.....Without doubt probably the worst of the lot for me. I know some people on here love it and thats cool but its definatley not for me. Far far too feminine. Something I...
L'Artisan's Tea 4 Two
MPG Fraîche Badiane.
Reminds me of lemon sherbet and although I generally hate lemon scents, I love this as an actual smell. No matter how much I try though, I cant carry off smelling like sherbet...
Cheers Good life, your a star :)
I cant seem to find anywhere in the UK that sells empty decants/atomizers.
Where the hell do you guys buy your from?!
Yeah, I would say bang them under 'owned'. Thats what its there for surely ;)
Fun to look back on what youve owned and got rid of too.
YSL l'homme splits D&G pour homme and JPG le Male right down the middle:smiley_up:
Hey, it doesnt matter if its cheaper elsewhere. Its worth what your willing to pay for it right?;)
Victorias secret VERY SEXY for him
I would add D&G pour homme to the list too. But then again, I hate that scent in any weather:rolleyes:
Are there any females you can ask the opinion of? Women seem to go absolutely nuts for this, at least in the UK.
I tried it years and years ago but didnt take to it, found it smelt of sour orange...
LOL! A couple of years ago I switched from working on building sites and ship yards to an office enviroment. I dont think I ever dare wore frags to work back then, nevermind get complimented on...
Most complimented frag by percentage worn/compliments given would be Very Sexy. AdG has had me more compliments by number but ive also worn it a lot more as its such an easy work scent.:)
I wouldnt really recommend le Male for hot weather neither as it can get a bit heavy at the best of times.
Although it gets a beating sometimes, AdG is fresh, perfect for hot weather and lasts...
Ive got some L'Anarchiste on the way to me and im praying its nothing like Magnetism! :(
D'issey pour Homme
The wardrobes a handy feature where you can list the frags you own, have owned, tried and want to own. Its also a handy way to find info out regards what youve got if the need arises, other members...
I suppose its 50/50 with me.
On one side, if ive got the bed to myself for example, Im guilty of spraying myself before bed, dont know why, I just do :? So thats obviously for me.
On the other,...
Cool Water deep. Still catching whiffs of it now over 12 hours later which is strange as it never used to last?
I must be getting oily in my old age :)
Forgot to mention that all I use is one spritz on the chest. This and Male are 2 frags where one spray is enough to last well into the next day where as something like Par Kenzo was gone in half hour...
MI is second only to JPG le Male as far as longevity and projection on me. It lasts forever and the topnotes just hang on in there, good stuff :)
Definately not a straightforward one to get into...
:) Its cool, still, wouldnt mind hearing off other people as to the date and box styles of their creeds just to get to the bottom of it! :-?
If you like Eternity I would go with GIT as I consider them to be fairly similar in some ways. Hate to be un-original but GIT really is that good!
btw, I really dont like Eternity or green scents...
Interesting. Ikkitosennomusha, what is the date of your GIT? Also, does it have the convex creed signs all over the box?
My concave MI is 2002 and my convex GIT is 2004. Also, like opal mentioned, the box for the GIT has the 'little creeds' all over it too. Looks so much better than the old boxes :D
:)Im pretty sure my GIT is legit. Could someone confirm wether their 120ml GIT boxes have a convexed crown imprint?
Most of my favourite smells in life are the simple ones......shampoo, fabric conditioner, sunblock etc
Thats what I do. Its so much easier to say Creed rather than Green Irish Tweed...Creed sounds cooler too ;D
Sometimes I have lied tho. I can recall 3 or 4 occasions where Ive been asked and im...
MI for me...ive been smelly like a salty old sea dog all day too ;D
try ANY of the Paul Smith line, you cant go wrong 8-)
Perfect! One of my all time favourites and always will be :)
I think that changes from scent to scent....my GIT is also convex whereas my MI isnt. Hope you get it sorted anyhow, good luck!
Paul Smith London. Distinct but not in your face, classy and most definately masculine
Can I possibly be the only GIT today? :-? :o
I think the Curves are pretty cheap over there in the US arnt they? You cant really go wrong with one of them
I was pretty dissapointed with Onyx, or Silver/Black as its known over here. I thought I was gonna get another Visit, but different somehow.....what I ended up with was something musty and old :-/
It smells verrrry similar to Boss Bottled to me so I wouldnt say it was for someone older at all, quite the opposite!
Are you referring to Polo Black?
As for not liking the Creeds so much, they are probably just not your thing. A few of them can (at least to me) seem a bit green, although GIT is one of the few...
North, United Kingdom
1) Boss Bottled/Lacoste PH (who knows which?!)
2) Le Male
5) Burpberry :D
True, Visit is nutmeg through and through.
Just wear the same clothes to cook in as you go out in and voila, instant eau de lasagna :D
You might want to try Paul Smith Men as a more modern alternative to Fahrenheit.
So, bear in mind these are my tastes (i dont like many sweet or floral scents at all), as for the ones ive owned...
Dont forget about the original Tommy. Warm apple pie :D
Youll have to change your cologne before I even consider it ;D
so were not best friends anymore? ;D
Paul Smith for men :)
I think a lot of it comes down to the usual snobbery. I deal with musicians and the music scene a lot and you see it there. If you get a group of muso's in a room togethor and start talking bands,...
Issey and ADG are completely different, the same category sure but to call them identical.......I dont think so at all. I wouldnt get so stressed about it if I were you sunshine. I feel my wardrobe...
me too, for the third damn day in a row ;D
/note to self* take more than one bottle of scent with me when I stay away from home in future
Yup, thats about right. Crave & Tommy - like I said I cant get rid of for the memories, Echo - a great office scent, Very Sexy - my girlfriend would KILL me if I got rid of it :)
The others you list...
Well, today I finally got round to doing something I have been meaning to for a long time. I had a good sort through my scents and divided them into 2 lots, ones im keeping and ones im not. It was...
Echo smells like freshly ironed clothes :)
ADG. As strong now as it was 9 hours or so ago :)
Le Male. Why cant everything be as longlasting as le male :)
Paul Smith London for men sounds perfect for you :)
Im in a similar position and london gets me in the zone so to speak. That and Gucci PH.
ADG I wouldnt class as overly 'sweet' smelling. My moneys on the Boss bottled/Lacoste PH and 1,000,000 scents that are too sweet and popular....around where I live anyway :-/
Azzaro Visit :)
Havnt worn it in a few weeks and forgot how much i like it :-*
Dolce & Gabbana PH....worst buy of my life :-/. I dont think ill ever buy blind again!
Gucci PH. Pencil shavings heaven ;D
B*men. Such a mood elavator in the cold im sure they must spike it with drugs!
Paul Smith Men, although it wasnt warm enough to really bring out the notes :-/
Its weird (or not) but I have very very rarely smelt D&Gph on anyone where I live. Le male, Hugo and ADG are pretty common but not DG
I asked 5 *different females what they though of it when I...
I bought it from a reputable online store and dont have many concerns regards it being genuine. I can tell the 'quality' of the scent and it doesnt smell bad as such, it just so happens to be...
greenest scent ive ever used :)
Ok ok, I know you shouldnt buy blind but with all the praise D&G PH gets on here I figured I would give it a go and bought it online. BIG MISTAKE!
Its got the same note in it as XS has and it...
hmmmm, I dont think thats it. I love anise, lolita lemp and k-air are 2 of my favourites. This note is more green
XS is one of those scents that I own and I really dont know why because I cant stand it. I would have sold it on or gave it away by now but its always out of sight, hiding in the back of my cupboard....
L'eau par Kenzo......that stuff you can go through a bottle in a week! It just dissapears. Happy, Paul Smith Extreme, Crave and Cool Water Deep are all 2 second wonders on me too.
As perverse as it is with my love of scents, i really really HATE perfume on a woman. For me, when my girlfriend has just come out of the shower with her hair washed, thats the smell that drives me...
Lolita Lempicka :o
Everytime I grab the bottle im amazed...it just oozes class ::)
