    It's discontinued and thus pretty expensive, but Le Feu d'Issey is very milky and it's got a prominent rose note. There are a thousand other things going on in Le Feu d'Issey too.

    If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend Tauer's Une Rose Chypree. All his rose scents are wonderful, but Une Rose Chypree is the best IMO.
