    Tarragon, bad note?

    I'm interested in Houbigant's Cologne Intense but people are decrying one terrible note, they believe it's tarragon.

    Is this note that bad or is Houbigant Cologne Intense just terribly formulated?

    When it came out it was panned, as all celeb scents are; the logo/design looked cheesy.
