  4. Does Oud Ispahan by Dior use real oud?

  13. Re: what's that leather note in Tom Ford Tuscan Leather?

Hmm... does it remind anyone of... something resembling Mousse de Saxe base? Like, the IBQ is not out there alone but only a twenty tiny bit packaged by other notes, therefore a softer leather effect?
  14. what's that leather note in Tom Ford Tuscan Leather?

Hi I'm new to this forum : )

Just wonder, what kind of leather note is used in Tuscan Leather? It's so dry, tarry and nutty. Suederal? IBQ? Styrax?
  15. Re: The smokiest fragrance 覧 potential contenders of T-Rex by Zoologist and Hyde by Hiram Green?

I almost forgot, 1805 Tonnerre by BeauFort London is quite smokey. I don’t have it at hand, can someone compare it with other contenders?
  16. Re: The smokiest fragrance 覧 potential contenders of T-Rex by Zoologist and Hyde by Hiram Green?

Huh! I like this one but not for the Smokey aspect.
  17. Re: The smokiest fragrance 覧 potential contenders of T-Rex by Zoologist and Hyde by Hiram Green?

I don’t know for sure, but Patchouli 24 is definitely reformulated, since it never strikes me as Smokey this year. The current version is so f*ing tamed. Maybe I should resort to “modern vintage”?
  18. Re: What makes T-Rex by Zoologist so Smokey?

Hahahahaha Hahahaha I won an emergency contact !!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

But seriously though, what’s your smoke bomb (smokiest perfume) before Hyde or T-Rex?

But What do you consider “overly Smokey”, I’m curious?
  21. Re: The smokiest fragrance 覧 potential contenders of T-Rex by Zoologist and Hyde by Hiram Green?

I’ll surely revisit interlude. Though I wonder if it’s reformulated? It didn’t strike me as smoke bomb back then (2017 or so), but memories can be wrong (and my memory is 80% wrong......ugh)
  22. Re: What makes T-Rex by Zoologist so Smokey?

I guess I’m in luck that I callled my emergency contact before I sniffed these. They’re supposed to call 911 if I don’t call back in 15 MiN.
