Chanel Platinum egoist for myself
I disagree completely. I can smell this crap from 50 feet away from around the corner on a windy day. The sweet note in it is absolutely piercing and offensively overpowering. Please don't wear...
As I've gotten more and more into fragrances, I've tended to buy more and more fragrances with natural ingredients which tend to be more expensive and to me, so much higher quality that it justifies...
good. the lighter the better with this stuff. dior homme can choke an entire room with its offensive sillage and stench.

Virgin Island Water for my GF
Green Irish Tweed for me
people who wear dior homme and other sillage monsters are annoying and want lots of sillage because they think their cologne smells a lot better than it actually does. People who were naturals don't...
it smells like indian food. when you're trying to figure out the smell of spices, i've found the best bet is to cook with them!
I was gonna say this one in particular.
Czech and Speake-Cuba in the day,
GIT for the night.
i spray it on my wrist when im studying coz lavender helps me concentrate.
I really liked Creed's Original Santal for the cinnamon scent. I thought it was very well put together and just worked well for that time here in california where its misty and cold.
That said, I...
Czech and Speake-Oxford & Cambridge, of course...
I did something similar, but i added a color column. AdG turned out to be orange, drakkar was green, dior homme was white, burberry touch was tan. It just ended up kind of sorting things out as my...
That's exactly what burberry touch is.
you can. it smells like mineral spirits. i wouldn't wanna smell like it.
it smells like a diaper bag.
i thought this thread was going to be about skin bracer.
you can also obtain essential oils from fossilized amber. just heat it up for a bit.
technically amber would refer to the fossilized resin, but many people use it as shorthand for ambergris. i guess there are fragrances that say they smell like "amber" based on resin.. there's...

i absolutely love it and it takes turns being my favorite scent quite often.
why do you need 6 bottles of the same cologne?
C&S No. 88
cuir di russie by creed is just lemon and leather and nothing else.
i love the lavender one...
over-rated: Dior Homme and Terre D'Hermes
under-rated: YSL L'Homme, Burberry Touch
My holy grail is Burberry Touch in the winter and Guerlain Vetiver in the summer
Guerlain Vetiver Extreme
Acqua Di Gio
Dior Homme and anything else gourmand.
Dior Homme is so sweet it makes my teeth hurt. Like eating pure sugar.
If you actually want something sensible and sweet, try out pretty much anything from "by kilian". Especially a taste of...
NOT Dior Homme or TdH.
Bois Du Portugal works.
i like how j'adore smells on my gf.
i'm not kidding, you'll probably want to smell like this.
72 wears by one person or not, this one deserves to win.
TdH smells like industrial strength bathroom cleaner to me. yuck.
Guerlain Vetiver Extreme
I have no problem wearing any fragrance but my tastes usually picks a scent that is age appropriate.
I have a sample of cartier roadster. I couldn't quite figure it out. What do you think of it? Also, you wear touch for summer? I felt it was more of an autumn/winter fragrance.
the lacoste gator is an awesome avatar!
guerlain vetiver extreme
It was TJ Maxx and it was actually less than 10. I just can't remember if it was 7.99 or 8.99. Also, 100% sure it was EDT. They had the lotion too.
Guerlain Vetiver Extreme
I _love_ this one.
That's not it at all, it's your "skin chemistry". this way you can convince yourself that things other people think smell bad magically smell different on you...
Anything with vetiver makes a great summer scent.
Armani attitude edt for $10
I wear duc de vervins instead.
i wear them year round because i live in california.
I've sampled the whole by kilian line. Straight to heaven is great, but I prefer "cruel intentions." It's a great agarwood.
Me too. I didn't like L'Homme at first, but I love it now because it works like my other fragrances.
Oddly enough, out of all the colognes I've ever worn, Guerlain Vetiver Extreme is the one that gets the best response.
I saw Obsession night last night as well when I went to TJ Maxx. I also saw cool water cool summer which was kind of disturbing when I tried it. I saw bulgari blu and bulgari au the rouge. I also...
We're talking about Dior Homme. Are you sure you mean this?
You, my dear, are the very essence of rudeness.
That's impolite. It's not my responsibility to tell you how bad you smell. It's your responsibility to not smell bad.
kouros offends me and I am very sensitive to it. this is why i am so drawn to this thread.
it's best to give people a choice if they want to be around your not if you're going to wear this one. ...
Dior Homme is the best fragrance to wear when your trying to hide in grandma's kitchen or a whore's handbag.
Vintage Tabarome is the best fragrance to wear if you're the Monopoly guy
When it comes to fragrance we should. We shouldn't offend people with our scents to the point they talk about us. No one talks bad about a fragrance because they're player hating. They talk smack...
If I were in high school again, the cologne I would wear would be 212 or YSL L'Homme. Something that is tasteful even when applied strongly.
I've always liked vintage tabarome because I think this is what it smells like.
If you have an 8 hour school day, you are in high school. Kouros is inappropriate in that setting. You will be talked about and it won't be positive. Wear a small amount of something that blends...
normal days application. You've got your life to live so don't cater to doctors on non-health related issues.
In hot weather, I like Guerlain Vetiver or really melony aquatics like AdG.
I make no secret that I absolutely abhor this scent. It offends me. It smells so strong of chocolate cookie dough it makes my teeth hurt. I have seriously smelled this from over 50 feet away in...
I don't think its just on your skin. I thought the same thing too at first but when I smell this out and about, its just as bad on other people's skin as it is on mine.
I probably will give this a shot when i see it. I own attitude which I bought on a first sniff buy. I don't like it very much anymore, but maybe they'll bring out the coffee note I liked and make...
the people at sephora are always jerks to me.

There's days that the thought of a lot of scents make me feel sick and the only things i can put on are guerlain vetiver, green irish tweed, duc de vervins or burberry touch.
I get samples, when I run out of the sample and I continue to want to smell like the sample, I buy the fragrance so I can.
duc de vervins is drakkar refined into something great.
My lady at creed said something to the same extent tho it will be over the course of 2 years and that she would mail me samples of the fragrances as they came out.
If you need convincing, its not worth the trouble.
please don't. i love vetiver more than you love 88. i need someone to make my vote count twice, thats how much i love vetiver.
exciting!! vote for vetiver!
Burberry Touch is the best of the line and my favorite. It's peppery musky goodness with a clean lavender note. It's like putting on my favorite pair of jeans. So comfortable.
Not really. I get paranoid if I'm offending people when I'm wearing something that is too strong.
I convinced a few of my girlfriends relatives that their colognes and perfumes were very appropriate for them this weekend and opened their mind to a few new possibilities. Yeah, I guess so. I find...
47-47. No 88, go vetiver!
Grass kicks ass!
It's just a game, dude.
