    Usually not. I use a generalization of 2:1, but there’s a huge variation in the spray volume from full bottles, so in my experience it could be anywhere from 1:1-5:1

    No, but as mentioned, the sprayer on samples puts out less of the actual juice than a full bottle (in most cases at least), so one should take that into account.
