Mmm Pudding Pops...
I don't think it's the first.
I hear ya.
It sounds unique.
I guess it could go either way -- total success or total disaster.
I wish they said who the perfumer is.
I'm hoping it's Michel Almairac.
This could be a winner.
It sounds good to me.
The bottle is very nice as well.
I can't wait until reviews start rolling in....
I love Zagorsk.
It might be the most evocative fragrance I own.
As other reviews have said, it really does conjure up images of an old wooden church in the middle of a snowy Russian forest at night...
This stuff sounds like it's to die for.
Check out this review.
My nose is now "watering"...
I really enjoy Diptyque's L'Eau des Hesperides.
I love scents with a strong herbal component and this is one of my favorites.
Not only is there rosemary, there is thyme and mint as well.
Five O'clock au Gingembre
I have a feeling you would enjoy Himalaya as well.
Kyoto and Zagorsk
Nuit au Désert
One of the better Creeds imo.
It's unique and very underrated.
Yeah, I know that!
But many people include them in the "woody" category.
When it comes to real (I'm not including patchouli or vetiver) woods, my favorite is sandalwood.
Hermès’s Un Jardin Après la Mousson
Nice collection b3t0_1972!
It was hard to choose.
But I think I will take Memoir Man off your hands.
CdG's Odeur 53 (200 ml bottle)
An easy choice for me.
Jardin du Nil
Davidoff - Silver Shadow
Creed - Bois du Portugal
Guerlain's Mouchoir de Monsieur for me.
Of course they have...! :rolleyesold:
One we can be sure of is Elle Macpherson.
She wears Guerlain's Vetiver. Which I think is pretty cool.
I've read he wears Lorenzo Villoresi Musk. Can't remember where I read it.
Who knows for sure.
Frankly, I could care less.
FM - Carnal Flower

Thanks for the Geranium Pour Monsieur.
It's been on my wishlist for a long time.
Here you go:
John Dee: master of science, alchemy and magic, Hermetic philosopher in the...
I think Little Italy is a better citrus option for hot summer weather.
NY Merde works for me.
I like it too. It's much better than the misnamed NY Amber.
Unfortunately, I have never tried NY Oud.
I like that idea...
...and so does Chuck!
It does say cologne spray.
But I wouldn't pay any mind to it. It's probably an EDT.
Vintage Parfum (2000)
Here you go.
You could try this.
Some say it reminds them of meat.
Check out these threads.
Tommy by Tommy Hilfiger has an "apple pie" note.
I have owned Nil since '06 or '07.
It still smells the same to me. From top to bottom.
As far as it being reformulated, I have no idea. I certainly hope not. It's wonderful just the way it is.
Yeah, tell me about it. The color of mine is now a nasty looking rusty, brownish orange color.
It looks even worse because it doesn't go with the colors of the bottle. Luckily the scent itself...
My bottle is even older, '05 or '06 I think.
The fig was always front and center to my nose.
And then there is this.
Maybe Olivier Durbano's Turquoise.
It's not an aquatic per, but it has a semi strong aquatic element in it's composition.
I hope that makes some sense.
