Is there a review where she has disliked a fragrance?
100 ml bottle of Xerjoff Uden
For me, I am only buying some more now because i found someone splitting 1000mls of it. At that price point, i jumped in for 25 mls to supplement the 50 mls of Windsor I already own. That is more...
own 16 from this list. Ive smelled all but Black Aoud and Fuel for life.
Cant keep track of my most complimented one but its probably GIT.
I agree with this post 100%
 You think its bad here? better stay away from the FB groups.
Its crazy because i feel i experience the opposite
thanks for the review
Favorite part of this line for me is the sprayer. That is easily my favorite sprayer out of all my frags. With regard to the fragrance, i own an older silver stem version of DH which im not the...
Luis said it was his SOTD and Al said "smelling royal mayfair, windsor on you, wow" One would think he would have mentioned any difference between both scents.
YSL m7 whatever reformulaion that has the clear sides was excellent and a lot more wearable than the first all brown bottle in my opinion.
Profumum Roma Neroli can clear a room..
Oh dont you worry, there are only 32 votes to go.. :)
The newcomer has to bear some responsibility for purchasing based off of reading/seeing a review. In this day and age with the internet and all the stores around, there are way too many avenues to...
OMG this captures my EXACT stance on Tuscan Leather. Some days, the dry down smells like a glorious fruity leather, other days it smells like a horrible ash tray that i cant wait to scrub off my...
Tuscan leather without a doubt.
I haven't smelled it once one anyone else around me.
Vetiver Extrait. And there is no reason to apologize for or explain wanting a "crowd pleaser"
simple and short!
Pray tell what "expertise" is required to determine what smells better between two scents?
@OP, the test would be more informative imo if you avoid mentioning the price points of either...
Good choice, but you left out a ton of the best summer offerings from creed in your consideration like M.I., Jardin D' Amalfi, Selection Verte, Pure White Cologne
i dont think the OP will like 1861
Kouros or Interlude in my experience.
Creed Windsor. i like the fragrance but i thought it would be a lot different based on what ive read.
I think so but you really should smell it first before spending that much on a frag.
LoL I have on three sprays of Tuscan Leather and a couple of sprays of Aventus. Thankfully i didn't have to take a train to work.
Any topic with "panty dropper" and i just skip.. or any topic with the endless repetitious debate over what is niche or not or whether designers or niche are better
Silver Mountain Water
They have done it before with Original Cologne and Pure White Cologne.
Perhaps to make the Windsor version remain exclusive as they marketed it as such..
It has been "discontinued" for the past 5 years.
Also consider spraying lower on your body. With heavier scents, the closer it is to my nose, the more likely it will bet cloyingly nauseating and headache inducing.
Noir De Noir is my favorite.
My order of those i like would be
1. Noir De Noir
2. Tuscan Leather
3. Neroli Portofino
4. Oud Wood
5 extra sprays of Kouros and Secretions Magnifiques and you wouldnt have to worry about the MiP.;)
Blasphemy!!! This calls for a burning on the stake!
On a serious note, to each his own. I believe its one of the finest fragrances i have ever experienced.
Weird thing with M.I. is i get better performance with less sprays. When i spray more than 4 sprays, it is a bit overwhelming. two sprays is enough for me.
Wow. I guess the demand for Windsor convinced them to make it available all the time. Look forward to seeing if the smell remains the same as they claim. Hopefully it eventually hits the grey market.
Eau Des Missions Botanical Fragrance
The opening of GIT can be pretty harsh upon application before it settles down into its mid notes. It shouldnt smell like straight alcohol though. See if you can go to a store that carries GIt and...
Back when i got a creed from walgreens, it was fulfilled by fragrancenet. I don't know if that has changed. Anyway, the pics up there do not look abnormal to me, but the most important thing is how...
Im guessing its people who are not aware of this website and prior complaints who find this thread after they have been scammed. If you notice, most of the people complaining only have 1 post
How much was shipping to you in the states?
Aware! Hmm thanks for the info brah.. good price on Aventus.
How much was shipping to you in the states?
I don't care for most of their frags, and you are entitled to do whatever you want. But is there any confirmation that it was BondNo9 that got the channel shut down?
Thanks for the clarification. Is there an avenue for an appeal? Its hard to see how you were infringing on trademarks.
Wow.. and what exactly was the basis of this "theory" of yours?
It can always be lower. See what beautyspin did a couple of week ago.
Ummm no one is "pushing" anyone to do anything. If there is any "pushing" beng done, it is a plea for people to quit the...
I wouldn't say it wipes the floor with Tuscan Leather but i find it a bit easier to wear than TL.
I hope more people think they sell fake products and stop patronizing them. Hopefully, that will drive some of the prices down for us satisfied fragnet purchasers to swoop in.
Oh wow. Thanks for this. i have an item in my shopping cart that still has the old price as well!
I agree with most of this post. I dont have a problem wearing SDV, it opens up pretty strong but mellows out after a couple of hours. Sublime Vanille is a citursy vanilla that is very easy to wear. I...
Put on a couple of sprays of interlude, if you cant smell it at the end of the day, then its your nose.
Yea right.. which is why you can go to some perfume stores and still find discontinued fragrances like Gucci Pour Homme 1 and Gucci Envy at or below MSRP? SOme businesses are aware and others are not.
There were a lot of great deals as late as yesterday before they smartened up probably due to the buying patterns and the unfathomable email questioning their low prices.
or because they are not widely available for people to actually test and smell them.
Try out Creed Millesime Imperial if you haven't. Otherwise, i would check out Bergamot 22 and the popular Xerjoffs (1861, Nio and Kobe).
Chanelle Allure Homme Edition Blanche is also excellent
Cologne of the Missons Le Couvent de Minimes and Guerlain Spirtuese Double Vanille. While SDV is a better scent, the price difference and similarity of the scents is enough for me to use the Missons...
This. There is nothing wrong with her nose. She prefers Axe over AHS simple.
Sometimes some of you people over think things...
Roja Dove Vetitver
Le Labo Bergamot 22
Bergamot is my favorite note in fragrances.
Lol i wear cologne as much as possible in order to make some sort of a dent in the amount i have.
I also prefer the "reformulated" one. It is a lot easier to wear than the original.
I really enjoy this one an it performs excellently on me as well.
Creed describes it as "fruit notes" i personally dont smell watermelon but a decent no of people do.
Doubt we will be seeing any Roja counterfeits anytime soon..
I smelled gasoline immediately i put farenheit on eons before i knew that basenotes existed. That is a major reason why i loved the fragrance because i like the smell of gasoline.
I beg to differ. Today i am wearing a singlet aka wife beater, a dress shirt, and a sweater on top of it and i put on three sprays of Virgin Island Water (which to me is one of my more subtle but...
It varies depending on the fragrance. I experience the same projection with minute amounts of tobacco vanille (small dabs from the 4ml official sample) at times chokes me out. That being said, some...
This is accurate. You can find it on at ULTA in the U.S. They are pretty similar but SDV is a bit more refined. I love SDV but am not that huge of a fan of Cuir Beluga
Creed. Most of their offerings smell good to me. I cant say the same for FM's creations.
Did they reveal the price of the flaccon yet, or did you just place your cc on hold with them?
Wow thats unfortunate. Did you try complaining to Harrods directly (assuming you made your purchase at the Roja booth in that store) or contacting corporate directly? You will be surprised at how...
Starting from where i am, i only have three i would get at the moment. A bottle of Roja Vetiver Extrait, a Bottle of bergamot 22 and and a bottle or large decant of Creed Pure White Cologne.
Vetiver Extraordinarie was more on the dry side to me and def not fresh. I dont recally perceiving a "bo note". I have heard that that Roja Dove created Vetiver extrait as his replacement for the...
Not much more to add. I am not a fan of vetiver scents but this is excellent.
Whats the difference between the two?
They smell alike. I prefer Original Santal as it is not as harsh to my nose as Joop. I grew tired of both and dont wear either anymore. This topic has been discussed numerous times on this board.
Every now and then. Timely topic because ive been wearing bergamot 22 all week. Its usually GIT for me that i wear back to back but add B22 to that list
my rating from Coldest to warmest
dior homme Intense (or parfum) not sure which one you have there
Gucci Pour Homme II
i am 100% certain that you are enough alone with this opinion.. :p
Creed has more offerings that appeal to me than Roja. So Creed wins in my opinion.
Tom Ford White Suede on occasion.
Ive read that Coney Island by Bond No 9 has a Guava note.
I haven't smelled Absolue to be able to comment but the other 3 are different enough where it wouldn't be redundant owning all 3. L'Humaniste while it smells excellent is just too fleeting to have as...
That sounds about right. I got 50 mL but luckily they sold it to me for $325. Its a great smelling fragrance but i doubt i will pay that much for it again. i can't even imagine the price will be...
1. Jardin D Amalfi
2. Creed Windsor
3. Noir De Noir
4. Miellisime Imperial
5. Green Irish Tweed
7. Xerjoff NIo
8. Bergamot 22
9. Roja Vetiver
10.Creed Original Cologne
The highlighted is acceptable grounds for divorce in 45 states..
Tom Ford Patchouli Absolu
Tom Ford Tuscan Leather- the drydown smells like an ashtray
Miellisime Imperial.. hate that ambegris drydown..
This sounds like my normal experience with Royal oud. It has excellent longevity but its projection disappears after about 3-4 hours.
I absolutely love this frag. My favorite out of the TFPB. Mine is also the dark colored liquid. It would be a shame if the lighter one strays too far from the version im used to.
If price isnt a big concern i would recommence the following
1. Xerjoff Nio
2. Le Labo Bergamot 22
I personally enjoy seeing what people think about a fragrance over time. I like the organization and requirement that people try to post in similar existing threads.
I used to like SMW but cant...
I agree with both posters above. The drydown is the worst part of Tuscan Leather as the "ash tray"/ stale cigarette smell is unrelenting. Its a shame as its a beautiful scent in the top and mid notes
Get a bottle of Green Irish Tweed and Versace Pour Homme and you will be all set. You can easily get both for $200
I def agree. The osswald sampled seemed bigger than 1ml the last time i got samples from them and their atomizers are excellent.. a lil too good actually. its unfortunate that people abused their...
