    I recommend that you forget about TV and its clones, and try out PURE HAVANE by Mugler. I think it is superior to TV. At least give it a shot.

    But is Pure Havane truly a gourmand? I don't smell the cacao in it. I only smell tobacco (first cigar, then pipe tobacco) and something sweet lurking underneath....the vanilla.

    I like it. Basically, it is the smell of a green mango. I live in Brazil, where mangos are everywhere, and I can tell you for sure that Le Nil is centered on the rendition of a green mango.

    I have the vintage version and believe me when I say that it is PURE fig. I don't mean fig leaves or fig sap. I mean the fig fruit. It is delicious. I have never tried the reformulated one.

    This can actually be a defect of the sprayer tip. I had the exact same problem with Amouage Epic, so I bought an empty bottle and substituted the sprayer tip. Problem solved.

    Amouage has horrible atomizers. Had trouble with them.

    I did not like the new sprayer of Polo Green. It creates a faint mist. Very weak.

    I absolutely LOVE the traditional British Fern fragrances, such as Penhaligon's English Fern and Geo F Trumper's wild Fern. The accord is so natural, so real, so beautiful.

    I have a few Guerlains and I love them. Habit Rouge is in the SECOND place on my "best-perfume-ever Ranking". I love all versions of Habit Rouge. I love Shalimar. I love Vetiver.
