    Fatty acids are:
    Lauric Acid
    Stearic Acid
    Palmitic Acid
    Linoleic Acid
    Linolenic Acid
    Oleic Acid
    Myristic Acid

    They are basically fats/waxes. That's why they are called fatty acids.
