Re: Male fragrance top 10 in your country?

In Norway it's pretty much the same. I don't have any source to support it, but I know Lacoste Style in Play and Essential are also huge here.

Re: 27 year old, younger looking male

The thing is that he is probably looking for a scent that will make it easier to meet new chicks. Not a scent that makes it easier once he already have her close to his skin.

    Re: Chanel Egoiste TV Spot

Cool ad. I haven't tried Egoiste yet (Although a sample is on the way), but this gives a pretty different view on Egoiste then the one I have. This seems like an extreme scent.

    Is fragrance...

    Re: Layering the *Men

I didn't get any chocolate from when I used my A*Men sample. It was just an awesome mixture that I can't really put to words. But now that I've bought a bottle, I noticed that while the top notes...
  5. Fashion/style sites for men in their early 20's?

Any recommendations? Most the sites I've found is like GQ. And I don't know any people in my age wearing anything like that. It's all suits and blazers. Like a snobby british person (No offence...
  6. Re: Which fragrances have the highest sillage and or longevity?

I'm pretty new too, so I can't name many. But A*Men (Angel for Men) by Terry Mugler is explosive. It just keeps on going.
From what I understand it's quite popular, and we don't wanna smell just...
  7. Re: Where do Europeans buy samples online? US postage on fragrances are unheard of.

I don't recognize any of those scents. I guess this stuff is what you call niche fragrances?

But I'll manage, I have a friend who's living in the states. And he is coming back home for Christmas,...

    Re: Scentmonkey

I see they're selling a lot of samples. And that I can only get 10 samples per order. But is there a limit to how many of those orders I make?

Edit: Seems there is. Only one order per. person.
  9. Re: Where do Europeans buy samples online? US postage on fragrances are unheard of.

I do live in a city, there are over 200 000 people here. But it's not that easy getting samples for all these perfumes. I do get some samples every time I buy something, but there are like 20-30...
  10. Where do Europeans buy samples online? US postage on fragrances are unheard of.

Scentedmonkey.com - $23 + $12 pr. extra item (It's so hysterical it's not even funny. I'm talking about samples here. Tiny bottles that shouldn't be a problem at all.)

  11. Re: What 'fragrance genres' exists, and what are the big names in each genre?

Thanks for the links. They weren't as precise as what I was hoping for. But I'll pick up on it eventually.
  12. What 'fragrance genres' exists, and what are the big names in each genre?

I just got interested in perfumes, and I notice that there are different genres. Like A*Men, Rochas Man, H.M. etc. are all called gourmand or edible.

I was wondering what other genres there are,...

Re: Aqua Di Gio -vs- L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme

You really think they smell the same? Acqua di Gio is so fresh, sharp and clean. L'Eau D'Issey on the other hand smell more like some random hand soap you could find in any convenience store.
