    Check out Frank 2 Los Angeles while you're there. It's a nice scent that's not too expensive either. Citrus for summer...I'd go with Turtle Vetiver Back, CdG Vettiveru or Tom Ford Neroli Portofino.

    Don't use water. Just alcohol and essential oils will do the trick. Check out the DIY forum here for more information regarding formulas. Also, it serves as a good tool for learning.

    Hey, welcome! I'd recommend reading up here in DIY. Go buy some essential oils and start blending (add in grain/perfumer's alcohol later). For me the hands on approach worked best.
