  1. Re: What fragrance can you literally wear everyday and never get tired of?

Anything light and fresh. Dior Homme sport, Versace Pour Homme, Geir Ness, Mugler Cologne... but also any fragrance which is not cloying and smells natural like LIDGE or Jaipur.

Re: strongest most potent male fragrance?

Xeryus Rouge... I like strong fragrances but that stuff blows me away. Nuclear.
  3. Re: New here I may need some suggestions for winter/fall fragrance?

Second AMen, Lolita Lempika Masculine, Jaipur, Pi, and possibly my favourite... http://www.basenotes.net/ID26132222.html
  4. Re: Fragrances for Tropical Climate that is NOT an AQUATIC?

I think a lot depends upon how much you apply... beyond that it is subjective.
  5. Re: Fragrances for Tropical Climate that is NOT an AQUATIC?

Platinum Egoiste, Creed Aventus, Mugler Cologne...
  6. Re: CK One: Please recommend an analogous fragrance.

Try Silver by Al Rehad for a cheapie. They do an EDP spray which is layer with the oil. It costs pennies, smells pretty good, and lasts days.
  7. Re: Being told a certain fragrance 'suits you'

Received the same comment this morning from a female friend. Scent in question... Oud Wood. Funny world.

Re: Pure malt vs acqua fahrenheit (dior)

I love Aqua Fahrenheit. Not sure why but it just hits the right note with me. Pure Malt not so much... Pure Havane is a different story. Are you sure this isn't the one you are referring to with the...
  9. Re: Casual Shoes - what do you wear, and also please give advice

I wear canvas shoes a lot but for casual leather shoes I own a few pairs from Base London who have a really nice range. My favourite are these.
  10. Re: Anyone try these $9.99 (total) knock offs (100 ml) ?

I'm sure they will smell good at first. It is usually after an hour or so that many fake/dupes end up drying down to a dirty horrible scent. I've tried many and while some are OK most aren't even...

Au masculine... Love it. Really nice from top to bottom.
  12. Re: L'artisan parfumeur 'Tea for Two' discontinued - similar scents?

A month ago 100ml was on sale for just over 30 at an online discounter. Same price as Vanilla Absolument. At the time I didn't want to blind buy it but now wish I had

Maybe I'll have a story in a couple of years but for now I'm happy finding new scents which I enjoy.

Re: Do you keep the box?

All mine are boxed within another black storage box. If you plan on having a few and them lasting a few years best to take precautions imo.

OK got you. There are a few good prices not listed on the offer page you linked to. I like Ferrari Black or Versace Blue Jeans. Still cheaper online though :(

Re: Which one of these should I buy?

Most of the deals are comparable with other sites so why not look around and choose something that you really want. Out of the list I would opt for Givenchy Gentleman.

    Re: Help

To be honest I find it hard to distinguish between one run of the mill fresh scent and another but you could try Chrome/Chrome Sport. Don't get me wrong I actually love aquatic/fresh scents and they...
  25. Re: Does one insult the gods of perfumery by avoiding masculine top notes?

Since recently become more interested in fragrances I have purposely avoided the top notes especially when I am testing a fragrance. I do enjoy top notes but I find if I intentionally smell them I am...

Lidge is nice, very nice but I find DHI richer and find myself reaching for it 2 out of 3 times.

    A few more to consider

    Re: Violet leaf fragrances?

Grey flannel, but like other have said Fahrenheit is nice. I'm using Aqua Fahrenheit at present and put it on par with my memories of the vintage.
