    Galwaygirl, for the reason you love woods, I think you would fancy Shalimar (sandalwood), Dolce Vita (cedar) and Madness (rosewood).

    also sampled the chakra oils line but these are more for therapeutic purposes , balancing chakras. They smell good too but not perfumes per se.

    Most white flower notes turn stale and putrid on my skin (wish I could find a jasmine or lily of the valley that does not)
    Very spicey (cardamom is something that I cannot stand)
    Sharp floral notes...

    Lyric Woman did not turn out to be a hit :((( It smell very herbal and bitter on me. No smoke, no fruity roses. Just angelica, geranium, orris root and spices. eeeck.

    uhmm Lady Vengeance i did not find it rich enough. The patchouli was tolerable (at least did not make me gag) but I would not classify it as smokey .

    Hi Guys,

    Could you recommend me a glowing fruity red rose with definite woods/smoke/incense at the background?

    Please easy on the oudh and patchouli, I cannot stand them in high concentration!...
