  1. Re: Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Summer 2013

One of the most overhyped fragrances in existence. I don't see how kiwi and pineapple can make this smell like anything other than lemon dishwashing liquid.

Having said that, I gave this bottle...

Re: Blind buying a Creed. Help!

I'm probably one of the few people out there that find Cool Water to be very "meh" (probably because I wore it throughout high school religiously)

I've read a lot about Aventus, but unfortunately...

    Blind buying a Creed. Help!

I've decided to launch head first into the Niche market and will be blind buying my first Creed fragrance. I haven't sampled any of them, as here in Australia there isn't much of a market/demand for...

Re: Which fragrance for taking a shower?

I don't know why you'd want to waste your cologne if you're just going to shower. But, if that's what you want to do, I would think scents like Lacoste Essential or Tom Ford Grey Vetiver would suit...

Sticky: Re: Which scent gets you the most female compliments?

Busted out my Blue Jeans for the first time in over a year yesterday. You would understand my surprise when I got "Wow, you smell hot!" from two different female employees - the same employees that...

    Re: Nautica blue or voyage?

Voyage x1000. I had a decant of blue and it smelt like rancid seawater to my nose.

I like Voyage, it's nothing AMAZING but the melon and apple notes are quite pleasing. It's nice to have an...

Poll: Re: New Mugler A*Men Pure Shot

I really do admire how much TM varies his flankers.

Icy mint and Juniper... most definitely keen on that. Looking forward to this!

I've gone through two bottles of Lacoste Essential, which I love and get a ton of compliments on. I feel that I need to try something fresh as summer is coming to an end, I want to try a few more...

    Re: A*Men Pure Malt disappointment

This is news to me. I get minimum 8 hours out of this from two sprays. If I hit my clothes by accident this can and will linger for 4+ days.

Sounds like you got a dodgy batch.

Re: Fragrances you don't particularly like

Okay maybe I should reword it.

Fragrances you didn't like when you first wore them but still received compliments on.

    Better? :P

    Fragrances you don't particularly like

but still net you lots of compliments and "what are you wearing?" Doesn't have to be something you own but something you've worn and gotten positive feedback on.

For me, Paco Rabanne's Black XS...

    Re: Pure Malt Initial Review

There is nothing - NOTHING on the market that smells close to this. The other A*Men of course resemble this, especially in the opening but in the drydrown this is in a league of its own.

    My go-to...
