Recent purchases

As we are well into a new season, I thought I would start a thread like the one on the fragrance boards.

I have bought a few pieces in the last week or so. Pale lilac v neck and navy polo by Tommy Hilfiger; dark brown suede ankle boots by Ted Lapidus. Got the boots from TK Maxx and they were a bargain at £25.00

Any recent purchases to report?

I haven't bought a tremendous amount of clothing recently, but I did pick up a fitted, long sleeve crew neck shirt in a dark, heathered red color at Banana Republic, and a solid red cashmere scarf at Target for $25.00. Target seems to be getting in a few rather interesting pieces for the winter, some rather nice ties, cashmere scarves and sweaters, a few french cuff shirts and a small collection of cufflinks. I will definitely start having to watch their clothing racks a bit more carefully.

Just got a dark brown quilted jacket by Barbour. It is nicely fitted with small side vents and corded collar. Very versatile

Last week:

Jeans half-price from Tommy Halfiger ;D
2 v-neck woolen sweaters from Peter Gribby
I really wanted to get a new pair of shoes at a bargain price, but didn't find any I liked..

This month, I'm looking to get a Tiffany & Co wristband. And my watch broke, so I'd like to get a Rotary watch too.

A very nice black tshirt from Kim Jones. Not entirely black mind you, but pretty close. It has a nice diamond pattern. Almost too pricey for me considering it is only a plain tshirt though, $75...

Well, I can't compete with the Paris trip, but after looking at my wardrobe and realizing how sad it was, I have been rebuilding both my clothing and fragrance wardrobes. In the last month or two I've bought:

- Joseph Abboud dress shirt
- Facconable dress shirt
- Robert Talbott tie
- Cerruti suit
- Donald Pliner shoes
- Ben Sherman spring jacket
- Adriano Goldschmied jeans
- a couple pairs of wool pants
- tees from American Apparel

That's what comes top of mind...
