I've been wearing Calamus like crazy for the last few days... I've actually begun to have a severe emotional attachment to it. So many aspects of it remind me of my childhood haunts... and sadly, Calamus also smells like the grass in the cemetary of the town I no longer live in and revisit too little.
I smell Calamus and I want to be born all over again.
and a note for those following my sampling mania.. All the ambers I was asking about are on their way in samples. I'll probably post a followup once I've finished assessing them. (and a batch of SL coming from LaCreme that the postoffice managed to lose)
The very nice and smooth citrus of Eau de Patou for me. Lemon, dirt, and powder. Some moments seem to have leather. Dig it. It's for oddballs like this one that I love having a large collection.
