Does anyone remember this fragrance? It was named Q & was produced by Swaine Adeney Brigg, who are noted for producing equestrian goods, leather goods, umbrellas etc for the English nobility.
It came in a green bottle with the inscription "a Quintissential English fragrance" or something similar to that & also had "Q" embossed on the bottle. It had a wooden cover with gold plated trimmings . I recall it having a mossy smell, and as a proxy I would say it smelled like a hybrid between sandringham (Crown Perfumery) & Van Cleef Arpels pour homme. It was a very unique fragrance, deep & very rich.
As it is no longer in production (I last saw it in 1994), does anyone know how & where it can be obtained?
