WWD.com annouced today that the fashion brand Dsquared² sined a fragrance deal with Italy's ICR-ITF ( Roberto Cavalli, Extè, GianÂ*franco Ferré, Romeo Gigli and Gai Mattiolo).
Dan and Dean Caten, the canadian twin designers behind the 12-year-old brand, said that it is an important for the brand, as it shows it is growing stronger and bigger. The first Dsquared² fragrance will be launched in September 2007. Whether the scent will be women's or men's is still to be decided.
The Dsquared² twins are most famous for designing some of the costumes for Madonna's Drowned World Tour in 2001.
