DO YOU PREFER SOAP BAR OR SHOWER AND BATH GEL

If you will have to use your most beloved scent do you prefer the bar soap or shower gel and similar ? I was used to use only gel shower version but lately im so tempted to start using bar soap i have the impression that the soap leave a major fragrance on the skin,am i wrong ?

With different scents I've used each--not at the same time--and they both are great. By a slight margin I prefer the hair & body shampoo though, because I think, without science to back me up, that it makes the scent last longer since it gets in the hair too.

I feel like bars of soap do a better job of cleaning me than body wash, but it could just be in my head.

Personally I prefer gels because they don't turn to mush. Bars seem to have to be carefully drained of water, and I'm just too lazy.

They both leave fragrance on the skin providing you don't use either for the actual washing.

The idea is to wash normally with whatever you use, then the last thing you do is apply a small amount of shower gel to a sponge, or lather up some soap, spread it and rub it around all over you, then jump back under the shower to quickly rinse it off, and then get out of the shower.

Most women know this technique, most men don't.

It's an absolute waste of money to use expensive shower gels and soaps in the same way you would use the cheap ones.

I like using the shower gel of the fragrance I like the most. Sometimes I buy a bar of the soap and use it to wash my hands.
