Oh really

By the way i'm 27, but i look more like 23 so anything for the mature sophistocated gent probably wouldn't work for me.

From your list I would suggest Live Jazz, By men and Allure Homme Sport but I'd also suggest A*men, M7, Opium and Body Kouros. And also don't forget Brit. Magnetism is thought by some on this board as the absolutely sexual scent but I find it quite dry, linear and only suitable for a very cool weather. If you like it though, look into Dior homme also.

I think your wardrobe would also benefit from a nice leather scent. Helmut Lang Cuiron would be an excellent choice.

Thanks for the input, I think we have quite different tastes my good fellow. I prefer Rochas Man to A*Men, and i dislike Body Kouros. I also prefer Black Code to Brit.

I think the closest thing i've has to a leather scent was Drakkar Noir. Leather to me seems to be connected with older guys.

I'm 21 and I think Cuiron is in no way an old scent. It's not a typical leather fragrance. It's not dry or extremely leathery. It's more of a sweet and soft suede. The topnotes smell like "cherry coke and rum" as a Basenoter once described it.

I felt the same way about leather scents before. Many of them seem too formal and old, but Cuiron changed my whole perspective. John Varvatos is another example of sweet leather, but Cuiron is better IMO.

As a side note, if you decide to get L'instant Pour Homme, I would recommend you sample the EDP version as well. The original version does not last long on me. Try it for yourself though.

You defo need GiT and A*Men two of the all time greats in my opinion everyone should have them.

OFF THE LIST EITHER Versace Dreamer or Escada Magnetism, but you might also want to try BRIT or DIOR HOMME as suggested by everyone before me or EMPORIO ARMANI HE.

The number of frags I would suggest is pretty vast, but from your list, I would recommend By Men and the Boucheron, though it may skew too formal for you.

What would REALLY broaden your horizons is to break free of the mall frag superstars and buy decants of Serge Lutens, MPG, L'Artisan, Frederick Malle, Etro, Diptyque and others from the swap list. Read reviews, check prices and try some high-end artisnal scents.

My own suggestions would be MPG's Santal Noble and Bois de Iles.
