Agua di Cologne # 3 - Spiced Citrus = slightly dirty , slightly fresh BO , citrus

I love their aftershave (which is described as "Aqua di Colonia" and "Aftershave" on the same label). Are these actually cologne strength or does Clauss Porto not yet understand how to describe their offerings.
