Creed OV + Gendarme = Great Smell

I'm going out tonight and was undecided on what to wear so I sprayed some Creed OV on my arm from a decant, 20 mins later I sprayed Gendarme over the OV and I gotta say it smells great. Has anyone else tried layering these two fragrances?

I've tried OV together with Clinique Happy for men, which I think is great.

I'll have to try with the Gendarme ...

Yeah, I discovered that one this summer and posted about it.

DIVINE!!

I've found that OV layers splendidly with just about anything except an oriental.

This morning I applied some Lancome L'Aquatonic pour homme and this afternoon I layered some Creed OV with it and it they smell very, very good together. I can see this combo getting a lot of work come spring.

I'm trying this now as a test...
OV+GDRM on left hand....GDRM on my right to see the difference.

Anyway, I put this on last night....showered this morning and it is STILL STRONG on my hand 122-13 hrs later...WOW!
I gotta hand it to you....this is good SH$#

Agree with everyone here. I don't know if it makes a difference but I sprayed Gendarme first then a few hours later sprayed Mugler cologne and it smelled wonderful. The two are so subtle, light, and versatile that it just makes sense.

Interesting. I used to wear a lot of Gendarme but then my best friend did too and more people associated it with him and I was accused of stealing a scent. So I switched to OV as my main scent for similar occassions. Never thought of layering them. I'm going to do try this next time I know I'll see my friend to freak him out.
