A 50ml bottle goes for A$90 down here. I picked mine up for 9 Euros in Italy. I can't resist a bargain, no matter where I am.

Guerlain Coriolan EDT and aftershave balm. This one deserved a better fate. Admittedly, I have a thing for juniper (hence my abiding love for the original Francesco Smalto), and while I agree that it is not Guerlain's best effort (heck, it's not even Jean-Paul Guerlain's best), it remains a well constructed chypre of excellent quality. And though this shouldn't matter much, it often elicits compliments.

After flying all night from Anchorage, I'm glad to be back in Rapid City. After a shave and shower I'm wearing Caron Pour un Homme.

For the hell of it I put on some M7 and then when I flipped though the TV there was a show on the History channel about Hell and the historical story of the concept of the afterlife. It creeped me out a little because M7 smells like the burned and the toasted. It does get a little cloying after a while when it gets really sweet, but I love it still. A girl I used to mess around with loved M7 and went crazy whenever I wore it, but I don't think I'm gonna put it back into the rotationt til winter.

Tonight I may be having some girls over. I'm gonna give my Himalaya a shot. i know that I was dissapointed with my bottle, i still maintain that it smells a different than it was supposed to, but after sampling several other Himalayas from different sources, I think that it smells like most of them. Not bad, but not as great as that awesome sample i once had. Don't fail me tonight!
