Need help from someone in the UK!!

Supposedly, one of my photographs is to be featured in the March 2006 issue of BBC Focus science magazine. Unfortunately, I cannot find anyone around here that carries it. Would someone in the UK be willing to take a look at this issue and see if there's a two-page spread showing a picture of Velcro being pulled apart, up close? I want to verify that it made the issue before I order a bunch of copies. According to their website, the March issue is out.

Many thanks in advance,

Had a look today and yes, it's in the March issue. It's a really nice 2 page spread just for your photo!

Octothorpe came down with the flu and he's currently in a fever-induced slumber...but I woke him up to tell him the great news! He smiled, then rolled over and passed out again. [smiley=embarassed.gif]

On behalf of Octothorpe (and his really proud gf :), thanks to those of you who looked for his photo!

Tell him that he's ever so welcome, Emmysue.

Hope he gets better soon.

Thanks so much for confirming this, Barry. As it turns out, a hunch from EmmySue proved fruitful, and we found a place here that sells BBC Focus. They don't have the March issue yet, so we'll have to wait until next week sometime to see it

And thanks, everyone, for all the compliments. The picture I snapped had a composition that came out of sheer luck.

Gus: the camera wasn't a Nikon, but the Stereomicroscope I used was.

Regards,

Tracy
