Hi,

As a follow-up to the "Basenotes growth" thread I posted 2 weeks ago (btw, 140 new members since then!), here are some more conclusions I have extracted from the same data:

- Percentage of members who have posted at least once: 49.55%
- Average number of posts (all members included): 60.11
- Average number of posts per day (all members included): 0.13
- Average number of posts (only members who post included): 121.32
- Average number of posts per day (only members who post included): 0.26

As I said, these numbers may be slightly dated because data are 2 weeks old, but I think you can get the picture.

I loved the grafics you showed us last time, is it possible you could do something like that with this statistics???

(btw: you should have some extra bonus from Grant for your ab fab work ;D )

I totally agree! You should have the title Basenotes Statistician, and it should be a moderator position, and you should be on high salary. Ok i'm may be over the line here, i'll shut up now!

Dude, your stats are cool, they make me wonder why on so many boards people register but never post anything...
I go to this tori amos board, for spanish speaking fans only, and from the total of 63 registered users only, maybe, 10 of us post stuff!

Thank you very much guys, these threads are simply born out of my own curiosity for these facts, I'm so glad you share my interest. Besides, processing these data is not as hard as it may seem, the spreadsheet does most of the work. Now, the work of my compatriot The_love with his SOTD statistics, THAT is hard, so if anyone deserves the title of Basenotes Statistician, it's him for sure.
Anyway, thanks again.

P.S.: musse, I'm thinking of something regarding your request, I hope I can pull it off
