Are these scams?

Hey Guys,
I've come across some ads in the classifieds in my country that advertise working from home by answering surveys and joining forums, reading emails etc. Here's one website: www.nrgc.net/jobs
What's the catch with these jobs, doing market research? Sounds too good to be true. If they're real, why charge a fee for joining? Anyone of you have experience doing this or is it the basenoter's secret to financing their perfume buying habits? [smiley=undecided.gif]

I visited the website and its sounds ridiculous... $25 Singapore dollars for each email you reply to.. I think it's a scam. If you want to finance your perfume buying habits, deal drugs instead. It's great fun and you get to feed your addiction with the addiction of others! Great trade.
