I bought Mr Hebe Cristobal pour homme, and it's bewitching. I'm wondering about trying the women's version, but the notes look quite different. I'm getting married in the autumn, and am starting to wonder about what scent to wear, it would be lovely to have two scents that worked together for that day. Is it lovely?

This fragrance gave me headaches and nausea. It smells like chemical liquorice. It reminds me also the candies in the drugstores. It's old-fashionned and not really wearable.

This Serge Lutens beauty is like a fresh gingerbread cookie or cake. Wore this one a few times, and it has a slight old school vibe (probably because of the ginger and cinnamon), which seems to be...

If you like Bath and Body Works' Midnight Pomegranate, (which is very popular), you will most likely like Viva La Juicy. I love both. There is a very caramel, praline deepness to both of them....

Well, not much to say about this, it's floral, it's fruity, it even has some "beach" feeling, but the game is too short and boring...how can they just think that someone would pay that price for...

Going on with my Gardenia state-of-mind... This one is my Holy Grail for Gardenia scents, maybe it's a tiny bit less realistic than "Gardez-Moi" (even though it contains mostly Gardenia...

Congratulations about getting married soon!
Cristobal is lovely- it's a warm, Oriental that opens similarly to Opium on me and dries down to a soft, warm, spicy Oriental. Since I already have Opium and Coco and Casmir and a slew of other Orientals, I never bothered to get Cristobal, because it is similar to most spicy Orientals. However, that doesn't mean it isn't a wonderful fragrance in its own right. The bottle is lovely too.
Hope you find the right fragrance for your special day!
