Thymes Fig Leaf and Cassis Quarry is a fellow fan of Cassis and the unusual greeness of fig leaf. Have to try this. Would be so good in their body lotion, too.

Montale's Aoud Rose Petals, my favorite of the Aoud line, a unisex.



Notes: Roses; the slightly green herbal rose-geranium; warm soft woods: Agar wood (aoud), teak, cedar, some wood called Bois de Kayak (?); sweet amber; Gurgum (supposedly an Asian incense ingredient and one of seven sacred "saffron" medicines), and a spike of tangy Saffron. Â*

I'm new to the board so I thought I'd just jump right in (this is my first post).

Mine is Y by Yves St. Laurent. Â*I want to like this fragrance and give it a fair try before making any decisions. Â*But I'm just not bonding with it. :'(

Today should have been one of excitement due to the fact that I received my bottles of Feminite du Bois and Cedre in the mail. Â*I have wanted FdB for the longest time and Cedre is one of my favorites from SL. Â*But, instead, it was a day of much sadness as I had to free two of my precious kitties from the bonds of this earth. Â*A difficult struggle with an inevitable outcome, so my last gift of love was to end their suffering, talking to them as they peacefully fell asleep.

Maybe tomorrow I will enjoy my new perfumes.

Tested 100% Love today, meh...turned a bit sour on me. After the ritual cleansing (AKA, I took a [smiley=bath.gif]) happily relaxed into FM En Passant, which I felt would match my new lace trimmed dark lavendar T-shirt. And if you must know, I'm also wearing silver heart earrings. All in all, I feel more properly psyched for V-day [smiley=kiss.gif] [smiley=kiss.gif] [smiley=kiss.gif]
