Display problems with the old font control codes

Hello Grant,

For some reason, the old font control codes from the previous board are forcing my posts to show up with these incredibly HUGE letters.
Apparently, the new board software is not processing them properly. Here is an example of what I'm talking about:

Is there a way to "globally" fix these font-related issues without having to go back and change every single post users have made with these old codes?

The new board is showing them properly for this board - instead of using the font sizes this board uses multiples, so [font size=3 means the letters will make the writing three times as big.

There's no easy way of globally changing it, so if I'm changing them one-by-one if I chance a cross a post like this.
