Should I buy based only in low prices?

Here is the deal:for the next one week every department store in my city will sell at 50% off.
Good news:
You can buy every designer's bottle from about 30 euros (50 ml) to about 40 euros (100 ml).
Some hard to find scents ,like M7 Fresh,Tumulte,Trussardi and hard to get big discounts, like Armani,Cartier,Hermes, are available.
The latest arrivals, like Amor-Amor,are sold at these prices.

Bad news:
Double the above amounts to have the original prices .
I am sure you have seen much lower prices.
No every fraggrance from every House is available.
No niche available.
No hyper-discounts,no, items sold for few dollars.

Judging from my collection, which designer's scent should I get? (You know,I have to buy SOMETHING-erm, I am not obsessed! )
Or help me decide between these: Casran (I like it ) or Terre d' Hermes (I ought to like it).The option: "Do not buy" does not apply!
Thank's.

If you want something fresh get Declaration by Cartier or Eau de Cartier ( buy the concentree version, lasts better)

If you want something sweeter and with a little patch-feel, buy Chanel Allure original.

If you want something sophisticated, yet still not heavy buy the original Baldessarinni by Boss.

If you dare, buy Givenchy Gentleman (although I don't see such a pattern in your wordrobe, so try again and again this one)

Eau de Cartier is a nice "green" option (I was unable to see big differences among the two versions) and the Allure is definately quality scent, purposeful and confident.
I have never sampled Baldessarini but according to reviews it suffers from poor longevity.
Givenchy Gentleman?A definite NO,as you have correctly guessed:I am not that young but I find it too "mature" for my taste.

Some other "premium" designer scents were also available:Aparition by Ungaro (discussed here extremely rarely) or Aprege by Lanvin (the same applies here). What about them ?

Apparition sucks.

I know what you mean about these prices; they are the same here and it's impossible to find discounted fragrances.

Here's what I'd try if I were you:

Azzaro - Azzaro PH
Balenciaga - Cristobal
Boucheron - Boucheron PH, Jaipur Saphir
Chanel - Antaeus, Egoiste, Platinum Egoiste, Coco edp, No. 19 edp
Davidoff - Zino, Good Life
Givenchy - Pi, Very Irresistible
Gucci - Gucci PH
Guerlain - Vetiver, Habit Rouge (edt, edc, edp etc), Heritage (edt & edp), Samsara (edt & edp), Mitsouko (edt & edp), L'Heure Bleue (edt & edp), other Guerlains
Hermes - Rocabar, TdH
Kenzo - KenzoAir
Lancome - Miracle, Miracle L'Aquatonic
Lanvin - Lanvin L'Homme, Arpege PH
Rochas - Aquaman, Eau de Rochas, Rochas Lui
Thierry Mugler - Mugler Cologne
Van Cleef & Arpels - VC&A PH, Tsar, Zanzibar
YSL - Opium edp, Jazz, Kouros

I'm sure there could be more...
